3. Durham Bulls Baseball Stadium is within walking distance
4. HIstoric Durham Athletic Park where the movie Bull Durham was filmed
City Hiking/Walking:
1. American Tobacco Trail (an access point is 3 blocks from the Tiny House)
2. Duke’s East Campus Wall Hiking Loop
Downtown Food/Drinks/Patios:
1. Bar Virgile: Awesome drinks + food + vibe. FYI: best burger ever
2. Ponysaurus Brewery: Nice outdoor space/rooftop, good beer, + usually has a legit food truck
3. Alley 26: Upscale drinks in the alley + good food.
4. Mother’s + Sons: Upscale Italian - so good.
5. Pizzeria Toro: great pizza... currently curbside
6. Love wine? Check out my friend’s spot, The Wine Feed, in downtown.
7. Jacktar: Dope diner that currently has an outdoor concept. Might see Sylvan Esso hanging here.

I use to live on that side of time and with the amount of bullets flying in that area, that's why. Crackhead City. The space is beautiful. The area is dangerous..

What was the cost to build?
Since this was an Airbnb rental we stayed at, not our build...we don’t know the cost to build.
How much is this i came from Mexico so i need a Airbnb for a few months
