Now I don't know what everybody else thinks but Yachts move slowly though smaller boats are way more maneuverable it looks to me like those smaller boats are harassing the people on the yacht I seen it before when these Yachts go into rivers and these people with small boats don't like it so they start harassing them bumping into them I think that's exactly what's going on here
