Thanks for watching!! In fact you can grow lots of tropical plants here. The things I’ve been growing here successfully, few years back I never imagine that those things could be grown here! To name few, Like Taro/malabar spinach, winter / fuzzy melon, 🍋 lemon, luffa etc.
@@RanasGarden wow thank you. I'm in West Yorkshire so slightly shorter warmer season. Are you further south? This is a new garden, unestablished, so lots to do before experimenting but looking forward to the future 😀
@@MsFlipper1969 yes I am in south I.e in London. In fact to me gardening is kind of learning process. Things get better over time! Good luck & welcome to the world of gardening !
It is a lesson you keep on learning for sure. I've been gardening for several years but stopped about 3-4 years ago. Now I have a new garden and it's a blank canvas.
I think it is slug ! Spread the egg shells around the plant! If you can put few pieces of water melon as the slug loves it then go very early in the morning to catch all the slugs and eliminate them!
It is right time to start germinating them indoor! Green house should be fine too! I’ve already germinated mine, luckily one of the plant appears to be Red Malabar Spinach!!!!
You better harvest them before they get yellow! It is because the leaves are fully mature! You can apply Epsom salt diluted with water to get them green!
Are you really from Texas. If so keep your phone or e mail add. Please so we can connect. About the garden and plants .I am from maryland close to washington dc. Thanks.
Thank you. I've been wondering about growing tropical plants in the UK. Can't wait to get adventurous.

Very good in UK
As it cooler in the UK can you start them inside or in the greenhouse.. Have you tried the red Malabar spinach also?
