- No longer a hospital, I lived in this place for about 3 years protecting it till they decided to demolish and build houses on Jan 2014. But the ghosts will be around for generations to come for sure...
Absolutely pathetic. People stayed here because they were I'll, like my sister (RIP). Most of the people are fantastic individuals with amazing lives. This creepy approach is more worrying than the point you are trying to suggest. It's not a horror show this is people with illnesses trying to recover and get back into life. The day to day running of this place was amazing and they treated people and looked after people. Your twisted views of what psychiatric hospitals are need reviewing.
You obviously don’t understand the barbaric things doctors and consultants used to do to patients in Britain’s old mental hospitals. A friend of mine bought an apartment here and had to move out because of how haunted the building is
Thank you!! Is this all the footage you have? I’ve seen the other one. I stayed there for one night in August 1987 and ran, I felt at the time, for my life and refused to go back. I had used LSD and it had taken me over the edge, it took a year to recover. It’s a disturbing memory, but thank you for preserving it.
