Guys---do you know the weight of the actual treadmill itself (minus the side bars and the info display piece)? I'm likely going to have to return mine since we can't maneuver the heavy box thru doors and down to the basement. I was thinking about opening the box and seeing if we can take it down in pieces, but I need to know how heavy the actual treadmill itself is. Thanks!
Hello, if you are referring to the T101 treadmill, the product weight is approximately 82kg/181lbs, while the T202 treadmill weighs around 87kg/191lbs. The video is pretty good. I assembled the T202 and there is no string for the control cable. The cable is already in the right mast. They show one person assembling the treadmill but i would recommend two. One person to hold the parts in place and another to handle the hex bolts. It took a little more than an hour to assemble.

I'm having an issue taking it apart. The three bolts on either side are completely stuck. Is there a security feature preventing me from doing so? My model is the T202. Any help is appreciated.

I had to return mine like 2 weeks after using it for 45 days. It started making like cracking noise starting from the middle towards the back area while i was jogging at 3.5mph. It says it can hold up to 300lbs. I reordered it again and hoping i wont have this issue again😔
