- Yoga nidra is a practice in which the line between awareness and sleep is blurred. It can provide access to the subconscious mind and often, profound visions and realizations.

This sound bath was designed to quickly bring you into this state and allow you to stay for as long as you would like.

Savasana is the yoga pose of complete relaxation. It is also the pose most often used for the completion of yoga nidra practices.

To enter savasana pose, lie on your back with your legs comfortably apart. Position your arms to rest at your sides without touching your body, palms facing up. When you're ready, breathe, relax your body, and close your eyes.
