Dan's style is unmatched. His timing and rhythm and chords are bone chilling, his sound is beautifully troubled and all solos tell a story. David has the voice of a fallen angel. Insane the talent within this band
This just further exemplifies the great talent that makes up Disturbed. Their music carries so passion and emotion and this just brings the point home all the more. Five Stars all the way. Honesty, I think an acoustic album from them would be absolutely amazing.
they played this last night, with All That Remains. it was fucking amazing. Never before had i heard a room of people over sing the singer of a band, but it happened for this song.
Man i've been listening to Disturbed for years, mostly when riding my motorcycle, whether on the road or at the track to get me hyped... But never looked them up on acoustic sets... Jesus, i should have known that this is epic.
ive been looking at some of the acoustic remember videos, by far this has the best audio quality. his voice has so much more effort in what ever concert this one was, shame there was no video with it but still brilliant
actually they ARE. They recorded the footage at their last tour, and they are now putting it up for DVD. should be released at close of christmas or something. CANT FUCKING WAIT BECAUSE THIS ACOUSTIC VERSION IS IN IT!!
@MMEggman Check out Ben Draiman. If you don't know him already, hes the brother of the lead singer of disturbed. His voice sounds somewhat similar and his stuff is predominantly slow and soft. He covered Darkness by Disturbed. You may like it.
I can agree that some parts of this version are questionable but in my opinion, based on when i actually heard it live, it was amazing. I got chills. I hope that when Disturbed is over their "break" they will change up the live show - do song covers, play older songs (not just the popular ones), combine songs to allow for time, etc. Korn's live show at Music as a Weapon V pretty much demonstrates what i mean.
@elFuego29 i think it should have stayed acoustic the whole time but i didn't mind the sound. it definatly is not bad. I could imigine it being really hard for david draimen to stay away from his distorted vocals for too long lol
@jeff25261 yeah dude it was my first time seeing em too and they kicked ass. ive listened to em more since then so it'll be pretty awesome to see them again. Hopefully going to see them in a few months at Carolina Rebellion
@elFuego29 agreed. there are couple of parts in the sound i really dislike. in the beginning its really amazing , but then at 2:06 it kinda gets ruined
Good until 3:27... too bad. I mean, i like disturbed for their style, but this is literally half-baked. Eitheer make it acoustic or not, but dont hold onto "non-acoustic" vocals (excuse me), with acoustic guitar, and the change it to still-non-acoustic vocals with overdrive. This is something in between, and it sounds bad... even tho I live this song...

Couldn't agree more
Believe is the best album Disturbed has ever made, and quite arguably the best band of all time.
This just further exemplifies the great talent that makes up Disturbed. Their music carries so passion and emotion and this just brings the point home all the more. Five Stars all the way. Honesty, I think an acoustic album from them would be absolutely amazing.
Disturbed unplugged 2021 please lord!
Greatest Disturbed song of all-time.
Disturbed needs to release a concert DVD

This is what I love about bands like Disturbed and Godsmack. Their acoustic stuff is beyond amazing.

Acoustic album coming now
@MMEggman
how about double cd?
cd1 : whole new album
cd2: acoustic versions of older songs
@warrior1935 You buy it on their website.
fits to that dracula song, and like 1000 others. Thats like one of the most regular acoustic riffs in the earth haha
I thought the DVD was part of the next album to be release, as a making of, not concert footage. I could be wrong though.
I meant to say so MUCH passion and emotion...
@hoemmed How about
CD 1 Live CD
CD Acoustics and B Sides (Monster, Hell, Old Friend etc)
Acoustic Believe, fucking sick
This was in waterloo, IA?
How?! I thought it was announced today.
@elFuego29 agreed. there are couple of parts in the sound i really dislike. in the beginning its really amazing , but then at 2:06 it kinda gets ruined
can i get this song off of itunes???
anyone have guitar tabs for this version?
Hoemmed, what's it like to be ON Waterloo? I've taken a number of things but never Waterloo. BTW, I've been to Waterloo, but didn't take any of it.
