I felt exactly the same about the commonwealth games! I didn’t get to go and I was gutted but it was still amazing to watch all the events and the opening / closing ceremonies on TV. I’ve never felt proud of Birmingham before and it was lovely to experience that pride and love for my city for the first time🥰

I totally go all red with exercise. It is so strange because it doesn’t seem to be related to how overheated I am or how in shape I am. Sorry that you have it too but at least it leaves you with a glow look afterwards.

SuperBloom is so good! I did it during the heatwave and got a tan! Mistake to go on that particular day but go on another day and it'll be worth it. Borough market is good but yes, expensive! Covent Garden's fun
