I've been playing this song out for a few months now and I play E,A,B,A,E for almost the entire song except the end of the verses it's E,A,B,G,E. The strum pattern you'll have to figure by ear and feel. Its not a clean 4/4 timing, kinda what I'd call a "swing" time.
