In today's video I will be sharing my thoughts on the Givenchy L'Interdit Line. I will also be reviewing the new release L'Interdit Rouge. Hope you enjoy this video!

I just got the intense version today in mail. I only just put a little on the back of my hand. I will try it maybe tomorrow as a full wear test. I think I’m going to like it. At first it smelled like jammy. But about 15 minutes later I could smell the vanilla. Thank you for sharing. ❤
Rouge smells just like Dr. Pepper to me. But, I love L'Interdit....smells amazing!!!!!!!! I think Dr. Pepper smells great by the way.
I bought L’Interdit exactly a week ago because as soon as I smelled it I immediately went out of my mind and now I just can’t do without it!!

I think the l'interdit edp and the intense are the best. Rouge smells like a nice candle to me. I didn't like millesime, it is my least favorite😬 Thanks for your great review! 🙏💕
I’m so late to this lol but I have all three and have grown to love them. However, the intense pepper note seems a little loud on my chemistry so I experimented and layered aquolina pink sugar over it and omg I’m so obsessed they compliment one another so well. The pepper is calmed down and the licorice is evened out in the pink sugar just perfection. Try it and see what you think 🙏🏼😊🫶
I just got my linterdit this morning! Wasn’t a blind buy but I love it so much! I have the lace bottle and it’s so sexy.

I bought the intense version and it smells AAAHHH MAZING! the rouge is beautiful too but it's too spicy to be worn in tropical country like my country, soo yeah intense it is.
I smelled a few back in 2019 & loved the black bottle, but now I can’t remember what any smell like. I’m scared of smelling like salad dressing, that’s what I think about when people talk about the sesame note. Or maybe it’s like those honey & sesame candies? Can anybody let me know 😆

I wouldn’t say I get salad dressing vibes from this one 😆 but everyone is different. The intense has a beautiful sweetness to it and creaminess! 🥰❤️
The Intense smelled like straight sesame sauce on me😩 I had to declutter it. I loved the Rouge though and want to add it to my collection. Will try the Millesime next!

I love the opening of the EDP. Smells like grown up grape bubblegum in the most delicious way. Im going to need a full bottle. Interesed in trying the intense.

I feel you girl. My husband has been gone 10 months now. He is in Korea. And the first half was okay. But these last few months everything has gone to crap.
And this is exactly why I try so hard not to complain! Because there are rockstars like you who hold down the fort for so much longer! ❤️ The longest I’ve been alone with the kids was about 2 months and I missed him so much. 🥺 lately he travels more often but the time he is gone isn’t long so it’s easier to handle. 🙏🏼 hang in there Mama. I feel this. My husband just retired from the military. It seemed when he was away the first few months were ok and then everything started breaking like the washer, by bed frame, had a mouse in our house, and went to complete chaos. Military wives are the stronghold no one talks about ❤️ stay strong! I know you will 😊
I have Givenchy Millesime. I replaced the edp for this one. It was the almond milk and ginger notes for me. I have the Intense and I'm ordering Rouge in a minute lol! Great video Amy.

I find them to be extremely intimate in sillage. Like the first time I sprayed it in store I was ill and had a blocked nose but still for some reason I liked it and could smell it however when I ordered it and wore it I found it stays close to the skin and doesn’t really leave a trail or smell strong enough for people to really notice you’re wearing perfume.
I love the l'interdit line, too. I got the intense version first and i felt so in love that i got the milissime, too. I was so interested in the almond note.... And i think this flanker is better then the Origin.
The l'interdit rouge is ok, but i think i'm fine with these two.
Because of one of your latest video i ordered the Burberry Brit. I love almond 😍💖

I agree with L'Interdit as a signature scent it's Audrey Hepburn's perfume. If I recall it was specifically made for her. Hence, the name which means forbidden.
The perfumier asked her if he could bottle and sell her custom scent? She replied " L ' Interdit!" Meaning; It is Forbidden!
I haven’t smelled the new Rouge one, but the Intense is my favorite among the original and that one. Great Review!!
Yes you're so right. The rouge does get hot BUT like you said it's perfect in colder weather. If only you lived in the UK you'd know colder weather 😀

I had such high hopes for the Rouge but it almost made me nauseous 😫 i returned mine as well. I haven't tried the Millesime but ive heard its a mix of the edp &the intense. Ill have to get a sample oh and THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for the shout out i certainly appreciate it😊
Omg I had such a horrible reaction with rouge 😩🤣. It felt suffocating in a hot way, so hard to describe. The scent of it was nice but that pimento leaf wasnt doing it for me. 😣 I watched your latest haul and you definitely influenced me into buying another fragrance 😆 🙌🏼

My this year favorite is Rouge. And now i m going to get Intense or Edp. I m not sure, which one. But Rouge is best of these!
Code cashmere was one of my favourites 😭 I couldn't find an available tester for the rouge version anywhere I went, but the little sniff I got of the original from the nozzle of the empy bottle was beautiful, lol. I'll have to check them in person again 😩
So the EDT performs like an EDP. I put them both on my arm. I like the EDT better bc of the notes.

Omg. Guess I have to get the full line then except for the edt. I have the edp for now and have tested the rouge. It didn't irritate my skin, so we're good.

I was SO excited for L'Interdit Rouge and decided to blind buy it. Everything about it sounded amazing and the bottle is gorgeous...BUT...to my disappointment this did not deliver. It definitely wasn't bad but I asked myself "am I going to reach for this every day or frequently" ??? And the answer was unfortunately "no". I can't pick out what exactly didn't work out for me with this because reading through the notes every single one checked off on my like list. I hate to return fragrances and never had to until this one 😕

The Rouge is my favorite of all time!
I was also sooo disappointed with l’interdit rouge 😩 I felt the warmth and it bothered my skin. It smells exactly like Lancôme la vie este belle l’eclat (which I have already). I agree it’s super strong- it still lingered after I exfoliated in the shower lol! I really want to try the original edp and absolute !
My husband is the same very very hands on. I don’t know what I would do if he had to go on a work trip for a week!! It would be so hard, I can only imagine how tired you are!!! Great video though!!!❤️

I have the EDP and I want to smell Millesime. I have the EDT listed on Mecari and I will be giving it to my bestie if it doesn’t sell soon. Something in the dry down I did t care for. I refuse to try the others due to those pepper notes.

I smelled it in the store and I liked it. I usually don't like oud, Sandalwood or Patchouli but I find this perfume very subtle as it's more feminine oriented. I find it more of unisex. What do you think? Can a man wear this one or the black intense?
Hi, I think any fragrance can be worn by a man for sure. I think they have a feminine vibe but they often change when worn by a man. The intense is sweet and I think the rouge can work on a man because of the spice it has. 👌🏼

If i get the edp, would you think that owning My Way (the edp or intense) would be redundant?
I have both the edp and my way and they give me different vibes. I think my way dries down to a more warm vanilla scent and l’Interdit keeps the tuberose the entire time with a bit of spice. ❤️🥰

I wouldn’t say they smell the same. But they could be put in the same category. The EDP is a thick, sweet Orange Blossom and Tuberose fragrance.

I would say it’s a year round fragrance but fall and winter are probably the best months to wear it 😊
