Hi ma'am, ( I would really appreciate if you could read the whole message and help me decide 😊) I am a 14 year old from India and till date I had been using pads and tampons. I am very athletic and take part in many camps. During outings and sports competitions I find it really irritating to wear pads. Also I cannot wear tampons as I'll have to change it every 5-6 hours and sometimes its not possible for me to change it so frequently. My mom suggested that I can try using a menstrual cup. I was thinking about buying the Lunette Menstrual Cup (Model 1) as recommended by you in the "Products you recommend in India" amazon list. Do you think it would be a good choice?? I was also thinking about buying Safecup Menstrual Cup Wash and Gaaia Menstrual Cup Lubricant...I wanted to know whether buying a menstrual cup wash is better than just washing the cup with water every time and whether Menstrual Cup Lubricants are recommended for first time users... Also ma'am, I find your videos very helpful and thank you for making such educational videos 😄 Regards
Hi, if you need to use cups during sports i will recommend slighly firmer cup - sochcup new design model 1 will be better choice for you. Also, at your age, i will suggest only use it when you need to, other time you can use period panty. no need to buy special soaps, any handwash is ok to use but dont use antiseptics
Hi I have been using my first cup safecup in medium size for last 3 cycles . It fits okay, the stem doesn't irritate,it opens inside easily and there is no leakage. I have a low flow. The problem is it's uncomfortable and painful on the cervix while wearing. I can also feel some bladder pressure. When I try to put my finger up to break the seal I can feel the cup pulling/sucking on the cervix and it hurts. Do I need to get a softer cup or a different size?Is soch green juju cup model4 is a good fit for me?
If your cup is forming a seal on your cervix, it can lead to mild pain in lower abdomen or it might not even fit inside.. Shorter cups will be more comfortable for people with medium / low cervix. You can try soch juju Model 4.
I'm confused whether I should buy Soch (si bell) cup or Soch (JuJu) cup. The Si Bell one is soft so I'm worried about whether it will open properly. And the JuJu one is medium hard so I'm worried if it will feel uncomfortable for me since I'm a beginner. Therefore I can't decide between the two. Which one would you recommend me? And also if I'm not satisfied with the product do they refund the money? P.S. I'm 17 years old. And I'm NOT physically active. I am planning on buying a menstrual cup for the first time. Currently I use pads and I have never used tampons or cups before.

My cup Leaks on day of high flow.every tym during pee i have to empty the cup and again insert .cup is not full with blood but still leaks.plz suggest.
Getting motivated by your vedios I have purchased a soch cup...when I was using for the first time I felt so comfortable with the cup...but after two days of using it I got UTI ( Urinary Tract infection) for the first time in my life.. immediately I stopped using it and switched to my regular pads.... from then I regularly got UTI problem twice a year even after I stopped using the cup.. This was my very bad experience with menstrual cup. Is there anyone like me facing this problem???
Hello Ma'am! Ma'am, I am planning to switch to menstrual cups but there is one doubt that keeps recurring in my mind. Do we have to boil the menstrual cup right before we use it or can we boil it a day or two before the periods....as it is not always possible to boil it just before use. Please give some tips about how to maintain menstrual cup hygiene when not at home... specially about the boiling part. Thank you
Hi mam I had a vaginally delivery 2 years back, I'm using stone soup green, my cervix is low I push my cup higher inside so that cup sit higher inside and doesn't pops out Is that ok to use same cup or should I change.

cup is worn in the vagina, not in the urinary tract (that is where you pee from) UTI can not be caused by using the cup.

is the cup giving any problem ? if cervix was low, you wont be able to push the cup higher.
In heavy days the cup sits little a bit inbetween the labia that irritates a bit
@@Priyanka.y4348 hav u measured ? maybe the cup just slips because it is too soft of your pelvic muscles are very weak ? you have any incontinence issue?
@@Priyanka.y4348 could be because its a soft cup. and you need a firmer cup. or could be that cervix is low. measure your cervix during heavy flow
