    I would love to see a video on supplement timing throughout the day. I subscribed to your Daily Essentials and think I've been taking them at the wrong time of day(with dinner) to avoid interaction with my Levothyroxine. I believe the poor timing has been causing me to wake too early (3-4 a.m.) I've learned a lot from you, JJ, and every time I research supplements, yours are the best. I am now subscribed to your Magnesium and have ordered the Vitamin D. Please address how to maximize your [best I have found] supplements regarding their timing and how to take (e.g., water or fat soluable).

      Hello! Thank you for the suggestion, we will pass that along! To keep in mind, anything fat soluble is best taken with food, and anything water soluble can be taken any time unless otherwise specified on the label or directed by a healthcare practitioner. Thank you JJ I supplement with everyone you mentioned I've been using creatine for many years now I do notice more muscle since I am very thin and hard to build muscle I heard that creatine causes hair loss is that true? I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and my hair falls out very easily I'm not sure it's because of my low T3 or the creatine maybe both

    For me, creatine causes massive hair loss. Had to stop it for this reason. Lost handfuls of hair daily while taking it. Hair loss stopped instantly when I stopped the creatine.

    Wait, 0.6g per kilogram of body weight? So, my weight is 280lbs, which is 127kg. so following your guide of 0.6 per kg of my weight, then that would mean I need to take 76.2g of creatine instead of 3-5g like I normally take daily? That seems like it's way overboard. someone, please help clarify. Maybe I'm misinterpreting somehow...I hope.

    If you are vegan you definitely need supplements! If you are ketovore/carnivore you do not need nearly the amount of supplements, if any, especially if you eat fatty red meats and fish and seafood. Bone broth is great for anyone but watch for unnecessary ingredients and it is simple to make at home. Vitamin D + k3 may be the only supplement you need due to wearing too much sunscreen or not getting outside enough; although you can get good amounts from eggs, oily fish and red meat. While there is a lot of good info here there is a bunch missing. Make sure you are eating enough meat. fatty meat!!! Cut back on vegetables especially those high in oxalates. Much of the "nutrition" that is in vegetables is not even usable by the body. There are so many anti-nutrients that make these vitamins unavailable to our bodies. Meat contains all of the essential nutrients we need. Of course the amounts you get will depend on the variety and amounts of meat you eat. You cannot get all of the essential nutrients from eating just vegetables and fruit!

    • @synergy2222
      @synergy2222 Рік тому

      Some people can handle oxalate, some can't. Know your body. Just like dairy, wheat, etc., some can eat it others can't.
