I love your videos. You mentioned you had an Austrian mom and Malaysian dad (hope I have that right). Yes I can definitely see how that would affect how you cook, that is so cool. I am a white American guy (German dad, Dutch mom) but I married a girl from Japan and we started our original hybrid food things (hot dogs in Asian stir fry recipes, ham sushi, things like that). But then we adopted kids from Korea and we went totally bonkers! I thought our Korean kids needed a Korean link so I learned Hangul best I could and started cooking Korean food. Basically now I like Korean food, kids like American, and mom likes anything. I tried! But I mix all of our heritages whenever possible because we learned what we all like from each culture. I put Korean gochucharo on anything I cook! I am a damn good cook from all of these influences tho haha! The main complaint I get is my cooking is too spicy...I attribute that to my addiction to Taco Johns in Iowa when I was a kid. Thanks again you are so very beautiful and kind. I am glad I stumbled on your videos (FreeBee Ad)
Thank you Rachel. Would like your advice on the following: 1.Can the dough or the dumplings be refrigerated or frozen? 2. I forgot to to add oil to the dough. Does it make a lot of difference. 3. Can it be made beforehand, say a couple of hours before serving? I am watching your TV show on TLC.
I love her!
