Your wiring ability is amazing.
I love the guitar, but...... Why not add a wire or inlet in the pickguard so you do not have to take the pickguard off to charge the battery? You jam, then plug the guitar in for a full charge. I'm not crazy about removing the pickguard.
This is turning out sick, it reminds me of if Steve Vai played a Frankenstrat for some reason.
