FyBurz! Thank you, thank you! I’m at a loss for words. Your experience and videos are true gifts to everyone, and I hope your ventures continue to be prosperous and safe! Team Red here I come!
Thank you for showing us your work van. It’s organized according to your needs and easily access to the equipment you need depending on the job. Keep moving forward!
Dude I got the same exact Tool pouch! Lmao. I have that one for my tools, then I have a different one for my screws and screw clips. Those things are amazing and soooo much more convenient than the tool belt my job gave me when I was new. Having to put that huge tool belt on and off before and after jobs sucked. Now just pop the tool pouch onto the little belt clip
@FyBurz after I watched your vid I literally went out to my truck, grabbed that tool pouch and cut that seam out of the side pocket.lmao. Genius bro.lol. i think the other pouch I have is the electrician pouch? I forget. 1 pouch I wear on my right side is lineman pliers, needle nose, can wrench, 1/4" drive, screwdriver, coax crimper. Then I have 2 9/16 wrenches and coax strippers that have carabiners on them clipped to my pouch that way I can't drop them or lose them. Pouch I wear on the left is all fittings. Rg11,rg6, moca filters, then screws, screw clips, span clamps, etc. Then I got these Cat jeans with knee pockets. I always put my zip ties, ground tags, modem line tags, and fiber tags all in that same pocket.lmao. Can't lose stuff if you always put it in the same spot!
How do you like the battery heatgun? Good enough or a little too weak? Used a dewalt 20v for some sprinkler pipe and was disappointed - I thought it would just go for it and start dumping amps and heat, unfortunately, it was weaker than I expected.

I recorded part of a install today to post on here for u to see what it's like doing fiber down here in ohio. I only recorded myself stripping the fiber and splicing though. The drop was just too much of a pain in the ass to try recording it with my phone. Lol. Instead of using the fiber tap in the guys backyard, they assigned a tap that was across the street, down the block, behind someone's garage, in the middle of a bunch of trees.smh. I was pissed. Turned a 1.5 hour job into 3 hours. That's running the drop, installing termination box, splicing, running microduct and feed, and installing modem&router
@FyBurz The workorders here have a Node number on them, and we have to match that to the fiber tap. So the drop has to be ran to the specific tap or services just won't work. And sometimes the service provider assigns a house to a tap thats 600' away instead of assigning it to the tap directly in their backyard. I hate it
Yo I posted a vid today just for u to check out. It's just a small portion of the install. I thought I recorded the full outside part but my phone stopped recording and I didn't know it. They got me working out of town tomorrow in a more rural area, so ill take a video of a full install for u to check out if I get some easy ones. I only recorded with my phone today so it's crappy. I'll start using the go pro later in the week. I do fiber, coax, phone, and some jobs I just run cat6. So I get a mix of everything

@@FyBurz I’m sure he will reach out lol
@@NoLimitN1ko let’s see how long it takes. I also uploaded at bad time. 😅
Great video. Always interested in different truck load outs. See how people organize/work.
Thanks! The setup can always be better. At the cost of $ and time. I have some improvements to make ☝🏼
@@FyBurz just ended up building some custom bed slides, couldn’t spend the $ on those decked boxes.
I kinda regret it. They are useful. But poorly designed. I think they improved them on new models.
Congrats to the winner !! Excellent video.
Thanks 👍

I absolutely love it. I can use for both aerial and ground work without having to wear my harness

Similar experience. I haven’t used it that much but it gets the job done. I only use it to bend conduit a bit and other similar applications.
nice vid dude. gotta show us the lunch box with 3 monsters and a ham sando in it 😎
Haha. I don’t use a lunch box lol. And only tea for me 😅

@@duderino743 thanks man 😅 it’s tough but I try. I’d be dead already if I was unhealthy on the road.
What ladder rack are you using on your truck top ?
Something like this
expertec.ca/product-category/van-equipment/van-roof-racks/ergorack/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwi_exBhA8EiwA_kU1MnKN_oTaWfOToR8iJilCtO7HH0LTxWsWEGyG_4ZXHmpcBj7Xg0DaYhoCkf8QAvD_BwE
what ladder rack do you have, how did you attach it to the topper? I have a dropdown rack off of a van I rigged to my topper.
It’s just bolted through the roof of canopy. They installed it at the canopy shop it ordered it from as well as my beacons.
Thanks for the vid!

It’s somewhere cool 😅
Hey what drill bit are you using for your q span clamps?
Pretty sure I say in the video 😅
4:50 👍🏼
Thanks
Are you saying NIBS or NIDS?
Nibs. But either is fine. Network interface box/device. The provider I sub to calls them nibs
