I was like... i won't need this. Until i saw the practical use with the Weber GA. Now I'm thinking how do i not have this yet. Weekend mini project! Thank you.
Ohhh you're right, the are 100mm... - I originally had 120mm but they didn't fit in the cutlery holder. I think I looked at the 90mm and that got stuck in my head **facepalm** - Time to update the description
You frigging genius.
That's absolutely what I was looking for.
Perfect, thank you!
@@CraigMassey_nz glad we could help
Cool idea. You could also add a heat shield to the bolts to help prevent the wood from getting hot.
what would you use for the heat sheild
I saw your post on the Weber Kettle Fans Facebook page. Very well done video. Cheers.
Legend! Thanks for watching. That’s a great group to be in!
Very clever Dusty
Practical idea - nice one!

Nice one! what will you use for the handle?
@@RedSmokeBBQ I dunno, a used Webber wooden handle? Or.... A resin filled Turkey drumstick bone? 😅
Great Idea, I love it
Cheers it works well, and looks good with the wooden handle next to the weber!
Great stuff! We’re the nuts, bolts etc stainless steel or just zinc plated? Cheers
Yes Garry, stainless steel nuts and bolts.
great idea... are you sure they are 90mm bolts? they don't look like 90mm...

@@RedSmokeBBQ were they stainless bolts?
@@shannonepace yeah the stainless steel ones
Excellent idea. Made 3 of them today. Great to start 5 or 6 briquettes for the weber.
