- It's a brand new challenge in Disney World where we only have 2 hours to complete a list of tasks! The person in charge?... THE ALPHABET!! Watch Fry Bucket and Sage get WAY too creative in Magic Kingdom as they mix their ABC's with some pixie dust!

My family was in Magic Kingdom 2 weeks back, and we were having a rough time. It was midafternoon, the kids wanted to go back to the pool, but the lightning in the area pretty much guaranteed that the pool would be closed when we got there. My wife and I knew that if we went all the way back and they could not get in the pool, it would be an even rougher time, so right when we got to the exit, we talked and agreed that it made more sense to turn around and see some indoor shows and hang out for the afternoon. The kids were NOT HAPPY with this, but we insisted, and all turned around to hit Philharmagic or something. As soon as we turned around, my 6-year-old spotted Sage and Fry Bucket (right after they had finished this challenge), and we timidly approached them. They were amazing, super chill and friendly, and we even got them to sign in both kids' autograph books. That 5-minute interaction completely turned everyone's spirits around, and it is totally the day that the kids remember the most - not just meeting some AllEars, but the rest of the day, too! We have all been waiting for this video to drop, as a little memento of that really cool day! Thank you both for your time, and for a really special moment!

What a fun challenge! I would love to see who can complete the whole alphabet first. 😁 Challenge suggestion: 4 person competition. Who can ride the most rides of all 4 parks, but each person has to start in a different park.

Great idea and I would like to see it, but the person who starts in Magic Kingdom would easily win and the person in Animal Kingdom is just out of luck purely because of the number of rides.

Yes!!! Stay in one park all day and complete the entire alphabet! You could even work in teams since watching you all interact with one another is delightful! Thanks for the fun video!
Love the basic idea here. Here are a few ways to elevate it:
1. Play as teams, something like boys (Sage, Breedlove, and RJay) vs girls (Quincy, Emma, and Fry) or break into 4 pairs bringing in DFB Dustin and Cassie
2. Play to claim letters, first to score something on F get it and no one else can
3. Assign point values to the categories of activity, like 10 points for riding an attraction, 5 for eating a snack (or any other untimed queue), 2 points for highlighting merchandise or theming elements (one per location)
4. Letters can be claimed out of order, game ends when all are claimed, highest score wins

I like this challenge, but I think it would be better if you used a random letter generator to have each player start on a different letter in the challenge. It would make the challenge a little more fun to watch when each player is trying to work on a different set of letters.
I feel like this would cause in-balance. However, I do like the idea of a random letter generator after each task is completed so players can't plan ahead. Each player would get same order of letters. They just wouldn't know what was coming next.
I concur with the other comments. See who can complete the whole alphabet first and perhaps rather than limiting each letter to a specific activity, the competitors could be limited to only using each category a certain number of times throughout the whole competition (for example- 5 rides, 4 characters, 5 food, etc. adding up to 26) but have the freedom to choose which letter they use that activity for, more strategy that way.
I was going crazy when Sage said “costume”, walked by them and didn’t use it as his C 😂
And he walked right by a Lumiere figurine, who of course is a "c"andle!

Would love to see this as a longer video with the whole alphabet! Maybe could get extra challenging by including multiple parks 🫢
A full day alphabet challenge would be amazing! Something like an hour and a half or multiple parts trying to be the first. Maybe even letting everyone pick their own starting activity for the first letter, but then needing to continue the pattern for the rest of the challenge!
It would be fun to have two other people take over the alphabet where Sage and Fry left off, but put them in another park. Make it a cross property team challenge.

I recommend Emma and Fry Bucket this challenge to do a video. The challenge is Can you ride all the rides at Disneyland and DCA in one or two days, compare Disneylands’ version and WDW version of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway and watch both nighttime attractions at both parks. AllEars you did lots of video at WDW but not enough at Disneyland in California.

I love these friendly competitions... and love watching Fry & Sage compete! I'm in agreement with those who requested a longer video and just to make it more of an entertaining challenge: Have one cast member go "A to Z" and have another one go "Z to A" - just to make it more chaotic. :)
Total agree! I was thinking that they could maybe use a random letter generator then complete the alphabet that way.

Yes, you should do a continuation of this challenge in the other parks - starting where you both left off.

Wow, that was a tough one but fun. I would love to see you stay in the park(s) all day and see how much you could get through or have one person in each of the four parks or have teams. All sorts of possibilities for this one.

I love the idea that you have to be creative so it shows things people may never think to do - like Frybucket’s pic with Dumbo! I would love if the guys could try to do all 26 activities but in any order they want. Or, as someone suggested, a random letter generator! And yes, definitely longer than 2 hours :)

Maybe you could the letters on a random wheel so they have to spin as they rotate through the different categories eliminating letters as they're used.

Yes, please stay all day and see who can finish all of the letters in one day. Include Park Hopping if that's a strategy. I was disappointed that you had a time limit....look forward to part 2 pick up where you left off. Or make it a relay with other allears cast members taking over.
This was great, but maybe you should randomize what you have to do for each letter. Each letter, in order, but you don't know what you'll have to do (attraction, food, merch, activity) until you get to that letter.
That looked fun yes you should do all 26 challenge maybe in each park
Would be cool to see again but who can get to a first and use a spinner to spin what type of activity needs to be done for said letter to make it a bit more random and harder to plan ahead

1. Sage is so obsessed with finding a Cap that he ignores a wall of Character dolls.
2. I have never heard the fresh fruit sandwich called a Belgian waffle, but it’s got bananas and blueberries on it so I would still consider it a B snack. 😂
3. Why did Dumbo have a 45 minute wait for Sage and 15 for Frybucket? Not cool Magic Kingdom.

Sage messed up shopping.. Candelabra would have been a good C word when he saw Lumière. Also any item from Cinderella. :) When leaving Dumbo, he could have also done Enchanted Tales with Belle if it didn't HAVE to be a ride...like Tiki Room.
