The day he becomes master is the day he recognizes his own strength. The “friends are my power” mindset is probably what’s stopping him imo.
I like the idea of the trailer fight as his mastery exam.
The truth is that I agree Sora has proven to be a very capable Keyblade wielder and even surpassing some and was the one who led the Guardians of Light to victory. So yes, I agree with Sora being the next teacher (Although I find it incredible and terrifying that the Master of Teachers supervises Sora’s exam, I say with his future rival and enemy, oh, I get goosebumps just from think about it hahaha) 😊😅
Does he need to be? Honestly. In KH3, everything that only keyblade masters are able to do, Sora did anyway.
Ahhh I missed your stuff. I think Sora should have been named master by Xehanort at the KH3. it would have a lot of symbology. However, you missed Master Terra. Xehanort named him master in order to build up his ego and push him into action.
I think Sora has the strength of the Master of Masters. I think he already there, but no one has simply named him a master.
I guess in a weird way he did 😅 or at least that’s how I interpreted the whole ‘he gives Sora the X-blade’ moment. Hi 👋

i think what you mentioned about quadratum being the hub and sora having to learn to world-timeline hop ect... is very on the mark (lelelelelelel) especially with the likes of brain / yozora doing similar

Well it would be nice if he did become a master at some point 😅
He should have been Master by the end of KH2. He saved the universe 3 times at that point and if he didn't choose to reset his own power level, he'd still be able to solo every other Master around at the time.
He will become a master.
Hopefully, Sora becomes a master. Sora is essentially Ash Ketchum. Wins smaller battles that build up to a HUGE loss. I'm sick of it for real.
