I grew up making fun of gay people, and to this day I feel shame about that. Having said that, I have made it always very clear to our kids that we are accepting of anyone they fall in love with, and want to be with, no matter the gender.
It shouldn’t matter to anyone else who you love.

I have similar thoughts, I wouldn't live in Canada. I have traveled through some of the far Eastern parts and the far Western parts. It is a beautiful country but your socialist ideas don't make the grade. and it has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. I like girls so much I married one and I have a grand daughter who is also married to one, They live in Israel and are part of the IDF. I would live there to, if it weren't for our families here.
