Such a great clear video, Kimberly! I have a way of creating a content plan that's very similar, but this still gave me a ton of stuff to think about -- especially the idea of creating a plan to promote your content once it's all created!
When you come up with a blog post, does a VA come up with the versions / Social Media posts to share on FB, Twitter and Instagram? Maybe I am overthinking it but one Blog post can have a ton of versions to share in the weeks to come....that is a lot of content creation.

Pretty much everything has been done. I would go for perfecting an existing offer, modifying it for a new market or niching down as a differentiator rather than investing capital or time or energy on creating something completely unique.
