Interesting one that completely threw me off when i was watching the game elsewhere: when you are inputting the code on the keypad and turn around there is also a chance for Noir to spawn right behind you, so keep an eye on that as well
I just realized, that Del Falco says "There you are!", because he is searching the house from bottom to top for you. I wonder if that means, that he never appears on the 10th floor?
Totally agree on deltaco solution been lame and borderline bs. As you said it would have been so much cooler a solution based on the lore: I actually thought you had not to report the whole bodies (they do look partially covered in body bags) and not the limbs or the blood. But alas, this is the mechanic chosen by Adam. To be fair it has to be somewhat hard, otherwise Deltaco would become avoidable 100% of the times. It could have been a cool anomaly easy to miss though.
From my experience having beat the game I found that you should hide in the tub when Lucas attacks, and under the bed for Falco. Specifically when I see a laser I go from chair, to the light outside your bedroom door, then the one in your bedroom, wait for stamina then run to the kitchen light then to the bathroom, get your stamina back, turn off the light and get in the tub. From there you can SEE him checking the bathroom over your head. And you can peek and if you can't see the laser in the window when you peek he's gone. He takes about 10-15 seconds to leave every time. The only time I've died doing this was when the Noir was in my bathroom when Lucas showed up and I ran into him.
my marine science teacher walked behind me while i was watching this. he was fascinated with out good it looks for a game. he thought it was real cameras at first
Hey @Insym, if people keep giving you grief about those flashing lights and not reporting it as hack... Let me help you. I'm an IT admin in a school in Gent Belgium. These flashing lights are at network switches. These are normal, they give a light when traffic goes over that port or server. And since network traffic is quite busy (just browsing to e.g. Facebook can cause over 40 to 50 operations) they go blink blink. Since you don't see cables in that room, you either see an extremely well managed cable room or see servers or just see a cleaned up version for video games. ;) So yeah, its just a data center doing its thing. Yet, I can totally understand why people would want to report that as a hack since that might give you access to the network of that location. But, thinking about it... How would you show the difference between being able to hack and unable to hack. Also, we as computer science guys know how that works but not everyone is a network guy... So totally understandable why Adam decided to make that a non report for game balance.

I don't know how fast you can flick between cameras if you're spamming, or if you get any sort of penalty for it. But I think a strategy that MIGHT work out to avoiding Delfalco is to just move 1 camera forwards and 1 camera back at a time. Say you're on camera 1, you go to 2 then back to 1. It doesn't matter if you visually confirm and react to him, it matters that you aren't on the camera looking at him for more then 3/4ths of a second. Let your brain process what you saw on the next camera while on what you know should be a safe camera. Alternative idea, spam let's say right on the cameras, going from 1 to 2 to 3, etc, once in awhile to see if he is actively in any rooms. If he is, well you know where he is and just have to avoid that room. The real question is how long do you have to avoid him? Does he leave after 30 seconds? Maybe a minute? Is it after you report something? No clue. I do wish that it was a more interesting counter though. The idea of having to skip out on reporting certain things was a much cooler premise, and I think it'd be an interesting idea for the dev to try. Make it that items for other report types appear more often so that the quota can be met, while corpses/limbs are easier to see but cause Delfalco to be a threat. Having a harder quota to meet to instead remove threats is a cool idea.
i remember having a strange run in with DelFalco. I went to type in a new code and heard a light switch being turned off in the hallway. i forgot the code and typed in the wrong one. I sat back at the desk to check it but I didn't even get to turn to the computer with side eye strat when i got a cutscene of DelFalco killing me and getting a death screen which had me puzzled for next couple minutes xd
You can flick forward and back and if he isnt there go to the next screen see if you can report anything and repeat that way you can always check the next camera forth and back only way for this to fail is if the camera updates within the time u switch back to it again after the mini check (though that window is under 2 seconds if you get that unlucky then Rip)
Btw Delfalco translated means "of the hawk/ hawk's" His line when he finds you in the hallway is "Here you are" When looking around the room "I know you're here"
I think I'd like that break thing could force you to go to floor 1 instead of killing you, so it's a time punishment rather than a death. Feels like it would make it feel more fair.
30:14 you had 3 quota points then when you came back after reporting hack for the tablet, you had 5. I do believe this is because the flashing lights on the terminals at the back, not the ones closest to the camera, are a hacking anomaly. If you look at other clips, they aren't always flashing the same way as the front ones. Sometimes they're just static lights. I'm pretty sure this is what people mean when they say to report the flashing server room
So the thing with delfalco is that you have to get off whatever camera he's on within 0.75 seconds of seeing him do this n he'll never show up to kill you but will periodically appear on cameras randomly even on broken cams so that can also spawn him
49:45 Uh... Del Falco has telekinesis? His saw spawned at his feet and then literally flew up into his hand like he was Luke Skywalker in a Wampa Cave lol EDIT: you were on Del Falco for 36 frames at 1:14:49
when the 'dont report dead people' theory turned out to be wrong i thought about the red bloody room being part of it. to me it looks like the room belongs to mr DelFalco. like the saws on the wall and i am pretty sure the only things that u can report in there are body parts. well turns out it wasnt relevant, but was still an interesting though
Naa, that room is just supposed to be a “red room”. An old Dark Web myth that there’s a place online where you can pay to watch someone murder someone…Del Falco is just a cleaner. He’ll kill if someone sees him doing his job, and his job is to get rid of the evidence. That room is not his.
i dont know if someone already mentioned this or not but seeing you still bringin up the server room "blinking light", then i assume nobody mentioned it. the server room "blinking light" is normal, the blinking light showing an indicator that there is a connected cable into it ( well most of it, there is another indicator too but mostly its a cable indicator ). so when the light is blinking its perfectly normal, you might want to start to worry IF the light is turned off ( im not sure if there is any in the game ). a perfect comparison is when you look at your modem device, there will be a "green" or "yellow" light blinking. thats an indication of internet, LAN, WAN, etc connected into.
I agree with Insym. I think it would've cooler if avoiding DelFalco required not reporting bodies and blood. Not only it makes sense lore wise, but it also gives you a choice in strategy - do you stay free DelFalco and miss out on anomalies or do you deal with him and get more anomalies to report.
I personally think that the avoiding Del Taco is a purposeful feature. It'd be unfair for the game to trigger the spawn of a new enemy if someone accidently glosses over the screen he's on. The whole game feature is for a new enemy to spawn because you saw him and now he has to kill you. In short, I think it's a balancing feature, not one to avoid an emeny in the game altogether.
I agree, it's just the game's dev is a troll who came into insym's chat asking why he was purposefully triggering the enemy lol. Which implies that it is meant to enable you avoiding him, but that's just the dev being a troll.
36 frames (0.6 seconds) vs 49 frames (0.816 seconds) I think you're right on the money with the 0.75 seconds before Mr. Deltaco gets mad. I might go through your other vods to see how quick you were those times because I swear you were almost that quick the first time you suggested it. Edit: Nevermind, at least from your youtube vids every other Mr Deltaco sighting has been over 1 second, even your last vid when you first suggested the two theories you tested this vid.
1:08:14 ive been watching this series from the beginning, i like the longer form gaming content like this where i can just watch them play the game, a lot of gaming youtube is focused around challenges and just talk about those parts instead of having the journey, largely missing the same things that made early gaming lets plays so great. so i do watch a lot of twitch vods, and series from the beginning like that, usually from youtube. but i have also started using twitch more often, which is totally different i do really love getting to watch just a wide variety of games i pop into speedruns of so many games and since everyones live at different times i just follow like a million people. it's cool to get to hop in and interact and chill out, but yes, incredibly different environment. they compliment each other well though
He did say that’s the reason why: Halloween games. And also the game crashing all the time so it takes a lot more effort to make them. Hopefully they’ll pop up now that it’s November. But if not, that’s totally cool, too. He already uploads daily and plays a ton of other cool games. I’m happy to get what I get, lol
But like also it gets me with the stuff that can obviously be fixed easily. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Adams game. But sometimes the logic is off. Like, oh no a hit man is going to point a rifle in my house. Curtains. Shades? Thermal curtains that block out heat sigs? Lol
1:08:11 Seems I'm a little bit of an outlier here, as I've actually went for the VOD instead of the stream several times before, as I've not wanted to miss anything. But now I don't watch too many streams anymore, and what I do watch is mostly on UA-cam, so those times are in the past for me.
1:22:40 ye he does come back after avoiding him time after time. I just rather deal w him than skip cam every other hour and time it. Less paranoia when lookinf at cam
You are not the first to discover that you can outright avoid DelTaco. It was already discovered by another streamer called MattyRey, six days ago. And it *is* just about flicking off the camera quickly once you see him.
Loving all of the random references that pop up in Twitch chat throughout the series. 😁 Especially "Who the Fuck is Alice?"; it's almost like a reflex to sing that song to myself when I hear that name, so I'm happy to see I'm not the only one!! 🤣 (ps: Free Shevacadu🌮)
Unless im crazy the server room starts with three blinking lights on the closer server and one set of blinking in the background. I dont know how to report when the background server is solid lights which i noticed a LOT. Or when there’s an extra set of blinking lights on the closer ones.
insanely difficult game closer to the end. i had 3 extra reports going in last hour and barely beat the game. threats were brutal after around 1230 and beyond. signal kept going out. only saw male noir twice the whole run surprisingly
Honestly I miss the hacking element, it made the game unique, being able to buy less items than in Welcome to the game 2 and less OP items would be an amazing add in the next game, I also thought it would involve the main character leaving his building but apparently not, that would've been a nice but I have high hopes for the next game, this was cool, looking forward to nightmare
48:52 we're flashing bright light in a dark ahh room right in this woman's face and she stays unbothered? Come on, I want her to at least squint a littleXDD
@insym what wpuld happen if you tried peanut tactics agaimst noir on the roof? Keeping them in sight and giving them a wide breadth to the package, then back to the elevator?
Question is, can you repeatedly avoid his same camera spawn. Naturally (for dev?) "how do you cheese it" and I'd think you just flick camera forwards and backwards as a peek (maybe that's why it's such a short time). If you spotted him, double click past him? That could count as you seeing him twice but if it's within 0.75 or whatever limit, maybe it doesn't count considering it's not "cumulative" time and it resets. It feels excessive if after x times of you avoiding him he doesn't stop though.
I think the “flick forward 2, back 1” will be the meta strategy for speed running the game. We don’t know all the details about Nightmare Mode, but it will probably be necessary if The Breather is introduced…in current normal mode, I don’t think it’s necessary. Definitely a good habit to pick up though.
Maybe, I'm just being fooled by his shirt, but is this video just the second half of his last video of Dead Signal (the last had a thumbnail of Lucas, on it)? Thanks.
I highly recommend outlast trials Insym, though, its in early access and there isn't too much content in the game. The event you mentioned as well is a Halloween one, though, the main modifiers only work in multiplayer.

the server room "blinking light" is normal, the blinking light showing an indicator that there is a connected cable into it ( well most of it, there is another indicator too but mostly its a cable indicator ). so when the light is blinking its perfectly normal, you might want to start to worry IF the light is turned off ( im not sure if there is any in the game ).
a perfect comparison is when you look at your modem device, there will be a "green" or "yellow" light blinking. thats an indication of internet, LAN, WAN, etc connected into.
@leftknee17 Ah yeah, I remember him doing similar things during the Welcome to the Game phase of Insym's channel.
36 frames (0.6 seconds) vs 49 frames (0.816 seconds)
I think you're right on the money with the 0.75 seconds before Mr.
1:08:14 ive been watching this series from the beginning, i like the longer form gaming content like this where i can just watch them play the game, a lot of gaming youtube is focused around challenges and just talk about those parts instead of having the journey, largely missing the same things that made early gaming lets plays so great. so i do watch a lot of twitch vods, and series from the beginning like that, usually from youtube. but i have also started using twitch more often, which is totally different i do really love getting to watch just a wide variety of games i pop into speedruns of so many games and since everyones live at different times i just follow like a million people. it's cool to get to hop in and interact and chill out, but yes, incredibly different environment. they compliment each other well though
all these 7 days to die comments make me feel bad for insym :/ let him do what he wants he has tons of videos on 7d2d already
I know it's sad 😭
But at least he should have told us he pausing the series for a bit since he is playing Halloween games
@@vasai7446 he has on his streams and also imo he doesn’t really owe an explanation 😭
@@vasai7446 the entitlements are strong buddy he doesn't owe any explanation 🥲
Wait... so Insym gave the dev the idea about the elevator and the dev rolled with it? Scary elevator
1:22:40 ye he does come back after avoiding him time after time. I just rather deal w him than skip cam every other hour and time it. Less paranoia when lookinf at cam
18:50 BRO FUCKING HEART ATTACK WARNING
Dude, cool to see some interesting games being played :) Dropped a like my dude.
🤣 (ps: Free Shevacadu🌮)
was sitting playing a game came back to the video and got jumpscared how dare you insym ^_^
Del taco almost like the doll maker
Unless im crazy the server room starts with three blinking lights on the closer server and one set of blinking in the background. I dont know how to report when the background server is solid lights which i noticed a LOT. Or when there’s an extra set of blinking lights on the closer ones.
this damn elevator song is gonna haunt me
its in a song i listen to, and i cant figure it out. driving me insane
Insym in his mythbuster era
I love this game and quite frankly this is a amazing game from adam congrats to him
insanely difficult game closer to the end. i had 3 extra reports going in last hour and barely beat the game. threats were brutal after around 1230 and beyond. signal kept going out. only saw male noir twice the whole run surprisingly
Fresh Video about Dead Signal Love It !🎉
idk why but the guys spawning in your room is by far the scariest thing to me
@Insym, I recommend you play Lethal Company with the boys!
39:20 the noir really said 🧍♂️
it was 38 frames( skiped Deltaco) 2nd time 48 frames ( activated deltaco )
Can't wait for Nightmare, and for WttG 3.
I like your videos. They're fun to watch.
aye, i got to watch this live when you were streaming it.
I thought DelFalco would appear after a certain amount of limbs and blood anomalies, that you can somewhat know when he will come
28:10 you play on casual mode Insym, you can't possibly anger DelFalco
43:22 I mean this in the nicest way possible for my fellow ladies who get their shark week mega heavy, someone had a bad period.
I might have missed the video explaining but why does getting close to one Noir and shining a flashlight at the other stop them from killing you?
The Noir play “games” with you, so if you play by their rules you survive. It’s something that Clint mentions in his wall texts to the player
Babe wake up, new Insym video just dropped
@insym what wpuld happen if you tried peanut tactics agaimst noir on the roof?
Keeping them in sight and giving them a wide breadth to the package, then back to the elevator?
Peace be upon you. ^w^
go falco yourself got me good😅😆🤣
exactly 38 frames on the del faco cam at 1:14:50 u are welcome scienceinsym
Definitely a good habit to pick up though.
ahhh finally a video related to delfalco (el taco) lol
Maybe, I'm just being fooled by his shirt, but is this video just the second half of his last video of Dead Signal (the last had a thumbnail of Lucas, on it)? Thanks.
Basically Adam made you your own game mode lol!
35 frames of Del Taco being on screen
well i didnt know you could use the , and . for frame by frame. gonna make catching frame perfect clips easier
Great video, but hey, I have a game suggestion! I'd love to see you try out Lethal Company with a few friends!
@mirvam2821 I think he already did with psycho on stream :)
New insym video
1:00:13
here’s a challange: no reports for 45 in-game minutes, but u should find something to do in the mean time 😂
I was here for this stream
18:51 so chill then BOOM!
1:08:04 read me like a book lool
I highly recommend outlast trials Insym, though, its in early access and there isn't too much content in the game. The event you mentioned as well is a Halloween one, though, the main modifiers only work in multiplayer.
He played a bunch of it with psycho and cj
@@Grunttamer oh cool
Hey Insym! Crazy idea, Adam said that YOU are spawning Defalco, the only thing you are NOT doing is watching the tutorial, give it a tought. If it does not work, «it was for science»
I guarantee the dev is gonna change it so you can be attacked before the Clint messages in the next update.
he was on the screen for 47 frames
I wish it was something actually interesting, like intentionally not reporting corpses or something, instead of it just being "oh you have to click the button fast" 😐
What about ignoring the Suspicious report category at all?
Midnight Monitor Has got another update that is Halloween, Just to let you know
1:33:45 Delfaco roasted to maximum
Timestamp for De Falco solution?
Tbh its practically impossible to do it.
its at 1:14:45 if someone wants to skip to the solution
@@Surtr174it's 0.6 seconds if you are a hopped up Zoomer on Energy drinks and shit you might be able to do it.
Otherwise it's coincidence when you just flash through the cameras really fast
@eisregenhaha ah so it is time based. Thanks 👍
