This video shows the first pass of a 3 part plan for growing weed-free organic spring oats. We started with 3 to 4 inch tall chickweed and henbit winter annuals that had roots as deep as the plant was tall. Featured a 5 to 6 inch tall ridge created by two cultivator passes in growing these 30" row organic soybeans in 2019. How to get rid of the weeds and flatten the field and plant the oats. After some preliminary adjusting the plant was to CurseBuster first to flatten the field and remove about 2/3'rds of the weeds. The drill the oats followed by a second pass of the CurseBuster.
