Disconnected the device from your phone and re pair it to your phone. Could be a connection Bluetooth error it happens sometimes.

These speakers are bottom tier garbage. The auto shut-off feature doesn't work properly and cuts off while playing songs, the Bluetooth setting can be accessed by my neighbors interrupting my music, I've owned 15 stereo system since becoming an adult and this one is by far the worst one I've ever owned.
