Fantastic Baby came out in 2012 and was a big hit for Big Bang, but they were the biggest Korean music Artists since 2007 - a year after their debut. Between 2007 - 2016 - 10 years they were the best Kpop group and they were the group that did it first - from writing and producing their own music to hair colors - first lightstick and so much more. The first Kpop group with Rap and Hip Hop being a big part of their sound. G Dragon has been in the music industry since he was 7 years old. First Hip Hip rap singer at the age of 13 years and TOP was the first Korean underground rapper to be in a mainstream group. BIG BANG paved the way for all you see today. BTS took the reins in 2017 when BIG BANG members started going to the military, but even BTS respect BIG BANG - they were the Artists they looked up to when they were starting out....... G Dragon coming back this year after 88 months since his last song was just crazy. 7 years we have waited. Taeyang started the process in 2023 and Dawesung came back this year with a couple of Ballards andf some shows for fans. But now that GD is back we are waiting for more music as a group. Please check out Daesungs programme called ZIP DAESUNG. It has a 2 part show where the 3 of them get together and just talk about the past, the current, and the future...... To really understand BIG BANG and the members check out the 2020 (or 2022) documentary abou the group and then the Documentary about G Dragon - there is a really good one which explains his life and why he is considered the King of Kpop. you'll then understand. I’ve been a VIP since 2009, ironically the first song I heard from them as a group was their time in Japan ( Let Me Hear Your Voice ), and I never stopped being a fan. It saddens me what happened with them, and while many are angry which I can understand, I just feel sadness and disappointment. Regardless they are the group that I listen to constantly to this day and seeing the trio just had me in tears of happiness.
These are both of BB's biggest party anthems! They still hit so hard! And yes, TOP loves space! He almost went to space recently but the project was scrapped. He also loves to make movie and art references. His scene in Bang Bang Bang with the astronaut and cowboy was a movie reference though I'm blanking on the name now. If you ever watch his solo MV, Doom Dada, it's full of movie, art, and history references in both the MV and the lyrics.
It was about time for you to react to them Now you see why the are the blueprint, the kings, the legends, the idols of idols without them kpop wouldn't be what its today A huge amount of idols became idols inspired by the five kings. Yes for me BB will always be 5, so save your comments if you don't agree
Big Bang had a huge influence on what k-pop and even k-pop mvs are now. They crazy colors and style and hair styles, the Fandom names and lightsticks, the no budget mv feeling, the style of their songs. They are all idols to a lot of the new idols that we are more familiar with. There have been lots of covers of these songs by other artist. I love the stray kids cover of bang bang bang. Felix doing T.O.Ps part with his deep voice and hyunjin song g-dragons higher iconic lines was perfect. Of course the rest killed it especially han. I can't remember the name of the YG group that did the cover of bang bang bang as well but i did see it and it was really good too.
Little info to T.O.P as an astronaut: He always dreamed of one day going to the moon, so this may have very well reflected that dream of his. In "Still Life" he was "on the moon" because at that time he was already part of the "Dear Moon Project" and I think training for the participants was about to start a little later. The project hadn't been announced yet though, if I remember correctly. So, yeah, before the project was sadly canceled, T.O.P was actually training to go to space.
That‘s not YG signature but BB signature. BB created what is now called "YG style". They just followed the style created by GD generation after generation

G-Dragon: One of a Kind
I’ve been a VIP since 2009, ironically the first song I heard from them as a group was their time in Japan ( Let Me Hear Your Voice ), and I never stopped being a fan. It saddens me what happened with them, and while many are angry which I can understand, I just feel sadness and disappointment. Regardless they are the group that I listen to constantly to this day and seeing the trio just had me in tears of happiness.
The king of Kpop🔥
Watch = Cafe
Last dance
Blue
Good boy
Let's not fall in love
Crooked
We like to party
Bad boy
if you want to understand the history and evolution of kpop, listen to Bigbang's discograhy and the documentary on G-dragon's life
King is backkk !!
You need to watch their live performance
Lies, haru haru, tonight, cafe, zutter, we like to party, sober, blue, loser, there is like a ton of bigbang songs they only create master pieces
If you ever watch his solo MV, Doom Dada, it's full of movie, art, and history references in both the MV and the lyrics.
yes KINGS living legends and I sure saying it as a VIP-EXO-L, I stan legends
Welcome back to Vip💛
They are the Kings of KPOP
BIG BANG Is THE KING OF KPOP !! THE LEGEND
It was about time for you to react to them
Now you see why the are the blueprint, the kings, the legends, the idols of idols without them kpop wouldn't be what its today
A huge amount of idols became idols inspired by the five kings.
Yes for me BB will always be 5, so save your comments if you don't agree
Great reaction 💛💛💛
I agree these beats are nasty in the best way posible!!
Straykids? Icon and treasure covers are real
@ses-sz6so i think it was treasure that i saw doing this cover and it was really good. But yes stray kids did a cover of it too at an award show.
As a fellow Insomnia I recommend DC's cover of "Bang Bang Bang" at "Jeju hallyu Festival 2018". Dami killed that rap (ofc).
Was looking to see if someone mentioned that before i did since I'm 3 days late lol
When the rest of the world was listening to Gangnam Style, Kpop fans had Fantastic Baby.
we all miss this golden era of BIGBANG
The girl on the leash was their choreographer. It was her idea. 😊
GD and Bigbang is Blueprint of kpop industry
Bigbang made YG, they are the pioneers, it is their seal, BIGBANG IS UNIQUE AND PIONEER IN ALMOST EVERYTHING.
Reaction more of BIGBANG,you will never disapointed 😊
That‘s not YG signature but BB signature. BB created what is now called "YG style". They just followed the style created by GD generation after generation
This song was all over my country for a time 😅. Even the grandpas and grandpas who don't know kpop bop to this in the radio.
OMG, you never watched Bang Bang Bang and Fantastic Baby before? I envy you for being able to experience these songs for the first time, as they are so epic!!!! Two of the greatest big stadium anthem songs of all time!!!
