How to Draw in 1-Point Perspective for Beginners: Draw Buildings in 1-Point Perspective Step by Step: Circle Line Art School: Episode 287
The first step is to draw a horizontal line halfway up your page, next draw a across on the right of your horizontal line, this will be the vanishing point for this 1-point perspective drawing. All parallel lines going towards the vanishing point will look like they meet at the vanishing point, if you extended the lines all the way to the horizon.

Very nice, it's hard for many people to grasp different viewpoints in drawings much less how or where to put pencil to paper. For some reason many are born with the gift for others it's a struggle. Many instructors want to charge gobs of money for showing you tid bits of art. So thanks for showing us what undoubtedly would have taken a long while for us to see this very tutorial from a teacher.

Mine turned out great!! It took me 2 days to finish just because I could not make it perfect at first but now it is. Take your time and draw with a graphite pencil first with a light hand then it is easier to erase mistakes. It will turn out just like the one in the tutorial if you use a charcoal pencil at the end to outline which is even better.
