Don't normally bother locking my suspension out. I don't think it makes much difference unless you are racing. Plus I find I quite often forget to turn it on again. I once got halfway around the trail at Penmachno and realised I'd locked it out on the climb up out of the car park and not put it on again!
i no a cpl that dont. i find if im not locked out and i get out the sadel to sprint i lose power cos i bounce a lot . way i have bar ends on . to train my legs on the e-bike i go ech and and sprint hills.
I tend to keep the suspension open, ebikes mean your not out of your saddle putting pressure on the forks going uphill or on the flats.
i like a to get a workout in with my rides

If you find yourself looking in too much, make an effort to start looking out. 👍
