Health is a state subject, so rules for Regis can be different states, right now CEA has been adopted by 11 states and all UT except Delhi and karnataka is not on of them.
If you want to register your clinic in karnataka, it can be registered under karnataka private medical establishment act, check the following link for further information

check with your CMO
Maharashtra, Karnataka & Delhi are in the process of repealing existing legislation & enacting it on the lines of CEA with modifications.

Due to covid, the UP medical council has halted the process of registrations. So the process is stuck now. Can I apply for clinic license with my DMC registration?

Do all personal clinics come under CEA? What about a doctor who sees a couple of patients at his residence or government quarters after his duty hours? Does that need a registration?

If you are involved in Patient care/treatment, even in a small clinic, you still need to abide by the laws.
There are minumum standard Guidelines for Clinical Establishments, for example minimum space requirement for a Dental Clinic is 100 sq ft.
Kindly check your minimum standards in The Clinical Establishment Act

Gujrat is in a process of adopting CEA act.
Right now there is no law for Clinical Establishments registration in Gujrat

Well,
Acupressure treatment practice comes under naturopathy. It is one of the registered system of practice in India. You will require to register your Clinic in the clinical establishment Act if you practice naturopathy.
As far as Karnataka is concern, they have there own law...but Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Delhi are in the are in process of repealing existing legislation and enacting one on the lines of CEA with modifications.

Unani practitioners can practice unani. To practice allopathy you need a minimum of MBBS degree. To do so without this degree is illegal.

Health is a state subject, so basic procedures can be different in different states. Currently the Clinical Establishments act has been implemented in 11 states and all UT except Delhi, I have mentioned these names in the video so if you are practicing in these states then its mandatory to register your clinic under CEA.

I got my BDS degree from Tamil Nadu,
I started practising in Kerala then later Mumbai.
Now i wanted to start my clinic in Kerala
But I've been told other state dentist cant practice n that i meed to get NOC from Mumbai

Yeah I understand, the supreme Court of India has given you the right to Practice with limited medicine but this course dont come under the purview of Th Clinical Establishment Act, so you can contact your CMO for the permission to practice.

Good question, first of all you are unani physician and if you practice any other speciality it will be called myxopathy.
CMS Ed is a diploma course where supreme court 2003 judgement gave them right to prescribe medicine but they also instructed concern authorities to make state registry for them, which has not happened.
Recently "National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professionals" has been passed which has made provision of state Medical registry even for paramedics and allied professionals.
So it is expected soon the Govt will give some kind of clarity on cms ed.
So my point is cms ed can open primary healthcare centre and that too in rural area wuth permission on cmo. So to avoid future worries stick to your specialty.

If we look at the definition of the clinical establishment according to the act it is
"a hospital, maternity home, nursing home, dispensary, clinic, sanatorium
or an institution by whatever name called that offers services, facilities
requiring diagnosis, treatment or care for illness, injury, deformity,
abnormality or pregnancy in any recognized system of medicine
established and administered or maintained by any person or body of
persons, whether incorporated or not
or
(ii) a place established as an independent entity or part of an establishment
referred to in sub-clause (i), in connection with the diagnosis or treatment
of diseases where pathological, bacteriological, genetic, radiological,
chemical, biological investigations or other diagnostic or investigative
services with the aid of laboratory or other medical equipment, are usually
carried on, established and administered or maintained by any person or
body of persons, whether incorporated or not, and shall include a clinical
establishment owned, controlled or managed by
a) Government or a department of the Government;
b) a trust, whether public or private;
c) a corporation (including a society) registered under a
Central, Provincial or State Act, whether or not owned by
the Government;
d) a local authority; and
e) a single doctor"
So it covers speech therapy clinics also

Hello, Tamil Nadu has its separate Act for Clinical Establishment Act by the name "TAMIL NADU CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENTS (REGULATIONS) RULES, 2018".

I opened an online medical service app from where doctors can be booked online and any kind of physical test can be done, so the way we are trying to charge, the percentage wise,
This means that we are putting ten percent on the clinic's own charge, for example, the doctor's charge is five hundred, we are putting ten percent on it and we are taking away the ten percent, but five hundred plus ten percent means 550 rupees is a total of 550 rupees. We are taking what is happening to our ten percent so we have seen the whole video of your clinical act, so what can be done according to that? Others medical app for online booking Registering their app, they charge rent from clinic or dr. and since they are giving customers online, they are taking rent from them but we are not charging them in any way.We are just adding our percentage like us. ? Wouldn't that be a problem in some way? Please help me
Well, thanks for a very good question.
So,
With reference to your explanation you are providing a platform for Doctor and patient to meet and charging for the same, so technically you are not providing any diagnosis, treatment or any medical service to the patient. So you need not to register under Clinical establishment Act. However the hospital or Doctor who is working with you must be registered.
You can understand it in a manner as Amazon provide a platform to buyer and seller to do shopping, so your business is modified version of the same.
You need to be careful if the latest ammendment in Consumer Protection Act 2019 is considered, that means if there is any defeciency in services then the consumer can even complain against the online service provider also.
Online services are the part of this new consumer protection act.
