I’m with Mandi on this one. Girl get tf out of that job and away from that vile woman to heal yourself. Out of sight out of mind. Just because you give up on one good opportunity doesn’t mean that’s it, another will come. If you got yourself into that position to get that job in the first place, you can find yourself in it again. Don’t let money come in the way of your own mental well-being. Maybe for a time period you may have less money, but that’s only temporary. You may even find a better opportunity elsewhere, realise that the job you had wasn’t really all that great anyways and definitely not a right fit given the circumstances.
Chasing the bag and coin like Anna said is not always a win! Your inner peace and mental wellbeing should be priority and no amount of money or opportunities will help that. I think Mandi is right you can’t heal always facing the aggressor ! Sometimes moving away helps to move on! Don’t torment yourself for money - money will come if you were able to get yourself such an amazing job you can do it again ! Always protect your inner peace !!!

However everytime I have seen you with your hair back it has given me the confidence to tie my hair back and not hide my ears. Because you look stunning and you own it. I have also thought about surgery multiple times. However , your stunning ness and confidence has also given me that confidence.
Anna, your method of suppressing your emotions and powering through because "time is a healer" does not work. You say you do that in your relationship, but didn't you ruin Cowslick's birthday because you had a massive outburst at him out of nowhere? And you also had a meltdown on the cruise etc. What I'm saying is, those suppressed emotions erupt eventually, even when you think you're "protecting your peace" sweeping things under the rug. Your advice to the girl to stay in the workplace with the horrible boss was poor - that's a pressure cooker waiting to explode. Mandi's right, depending on the details, the girl may have a case to sue for gross misconduct, especially now the boss created a hostile work environment.

i think a good idea is to ask for the age of the person asking for advice - lets you undersand what stage in life theyre in a bit more because im actually really interested in that last crush question if its a young crush or a serious relationship x) And great advice as always!

P.s my sister got her eats pinned back she got bullied for it when she was young and she hid them most her life till she got them done they weren't even bad! but honestly if its a insecurity and it will make you happier and your mentle health then ofc do it for your self! she's happier and show's her ears now so it was for the best ❤
