If you are beginner and don’t want to feel overwhelmed but want to have immersion. I totally recommend Japanese with Shun
He talks a good speed, diverse topics and a really interesting person in general. Also he at the end of the episode gives a list of the important vocabulary:)
Too helpful. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing, they all seems to be great i will start to listen them!
i listened to Thinking in Japanese a lot while driving & I like to repeat an episode e few times. gonna try all of the other channels that you recommended. ありがとうございます!
I listened the first one. It was quite good, their topics and conversation, somehow attracts me to understand the meaning. Therefore i learned about japanese
I'm glad you think it's good. I think their conversations are quite natural and easy to listen to :)
So helpful. Thank you !!
Thanks Salil! And thanks so much for buying me a coffee on the website too! ☺️

Also, I really appreciate your video editing. I didn't know about American Life so I'll add that to my list. Thank you
Thanks! That's really encouraging to hear.
Wow you did a great job editing this video. I liked all of the podcasts you mentioned. I thought it was funny how in the last podcast which you said they talk fast even the native speaker she was talking to had to ask her to repeat what she had just said (wait, what kind of a movie did you see on Netflix?)
The only Japanese podcast I know about are the NHK ones 😂. I listen pretty often when I drive to work. Yeah, I took about a year off from listening to it but I’m back into it again. I’ve asked some advanced English learners their thoughts on listening to the news and most of them say it’s easier because they pronounce everything so clearly. NHK news definitely pronounces everything to perfection but I really struggle. It’s getting better. Slowly.
I have all the same podcast as yours👍👍👍👍👍
Really?! Hahah niceee! Podcasts have helped me so much...
My english is bad so please bear it.
Is it ok if I call you sensei.
So sensei what you usually do when you came accross a sentence in japanese which you easily understood. So do you memorize that sentence or what.
Sometimes, I try to shadow and repeat sentences I hear. If I hear something I like and I think I can use, I might write it down and try to practice using it.

Thank you for the recommendations! this will help greatly. I also listen to the Joseph Carlson show. He has great insights and points of view of the stock market!
Haha, I just realised how embarrassing it is that people can see all my other subscriptions! 😅😅😅
