If you are beginner and don’t want to feel overwhelmed but want to have immersion. I totally recommend Japanese with Shun
He talks a good speed, diverse topics and a really interesting person in general. Also he at the end of the episode gives a list of the important vocabulary:)

Wow you did a great job editing this video. I liked all of the podcasts you mentioned. I thought it was funny how in the last podcast which you said they talk fast even the native speaker she was talking to had to ask her to repeat what she had just said (wait, what kind of a movie did you see on Netflix?)

The only Japanese podcast I know about are the NHK ones 😂. I listen pretty often when I drive to work. Yeah, I took about a year off from listening to it but I’m back into it again. I’ve asked some advanced English learners their thoughts on listening to the news and most of them say it’s easier because they pronounce everything so clearly. NHK news definitely pronounces everything to perfection but I really struggle. It’s getting better. Slowly.

My english is bad so please bear it.
Is it ok if I call you sensei.
So sensei what you usually do when you came accross a sentence in japanese which you easily understood. So do you memorize that sentence or what.

Sometimes, I try to shadow and repeat sentences I hear. If I hear something I like and I think I can use, I might write it down and try to practice using it.
