      Yours is a lengthy process.I put the melted cream direct on low heat till the ghee and khoya is separated.

    Add some water in remaining brown particles boil it. Then stir it.
    Place this water in fridge.
    When cool desi ghee comes up and become solid water remaining ns liquid.
    SO, take your xtra Desi ghee without wasting.

    There's one more easy way to make desi ghee. What u can do is u can just collect malai from milk and put all that malai in a frying pan and leave it on medium to high flame for 6-7 mins but you have to keep stirring it as soon as u see that the oil is separated then u have to sieve it and you're good to go....and also it's a less time consuming way to make desi ghee and also it tastes incredible. Do try it....this is the best way to make desi ghee.

      Making ghee from dahi or topped malai of Dahi is more healthy as compared to making it directly from Malai..
      It also gives you butter milk..

    Inn particles say halwa bohat mazey ka bnta hay meri Ammi brown honay say pehlay nikaal leti thin or then she makes halwa from it yuummmmmy up unfortunately she is going back to Allah taala so I miss that taste and fragrance of motherly made ghee.

    one thing wanna mention. that with the left over butter milk u can marinate chicken boneless, or with bones to make fried chicken, just add a little lemon juice, salt and black pepper in it witj ginger garlic paste and marinate chicken for the whole night. fry it after coating in all purpose seasoned flour and fry.... yummyy , tender and juicey fried chicken will be ready...

    You can just take malai in a Kathai and cook it in low flame ..after20-25 min you can see ghee on top and khoya (brown in colour) in bottom...there was no need to blend it..it is less messy....and that khoya you can use it in vegetable curries..love from India♥️

    In India we put a tbsp of or a half of dahi on very first day when we start to collect malai so that good bacterias are formed. And at last that brown thing dont throw it away mix a tbsp of sugar in it and eat its yummmmmmmm.....Do try and tell.

    I am from ajk and we add wheat flour, and half teaspoon of salt in makhan..jaldi ghee ban jata hai..aur bhoat acha banta hai...aur jab bhi kisi bottle main ghee dalian...clean achay say kar kay. Dry karian..aur ghee ko wet hands say touch na karian kabhi bhi..kharab ho jata hai

    Yes you can make desi ghee like
    Take the balai as same pour it in any pot and put it on the stove and lower the flame
    Cook it for 10- 15 minutes and you will get ghee and khoya

    Afert boiling butter for 5 minute let it cool completely then add some ice cubes for consistency then put in a bottle

    Dahi thori zyada dala krain us sy jaldi lassi seprate ho jati makhan sy.
    Makhan wali lassi ko karhi bnany me use krain bht tasty banti hy
    Electrical beater hand blender ki nisbat asani sy kam krta hy or khrb b nhi hota, butter milk easily seprate ho jata us sy.
    The brown buttermilk, you can store it and use it in gravies for thickness it improves its taste and texture amazingly.

      @@humerakhan9965 1 cup Milk, boil it add left over desi ghee brown part 1 cup and cook it well until milk get dry, add 1/2 cup sugar and cook it, one all water get dry add 1/4 milk powder and 1/4 teaspoon of elaichi powder. Cook it until it get in the shape of Halwva then add nuts if you want and turn the flame off. Let it cool and cut in the peice and enjoy.

    Aoa, we make it directly, we put the frozen cream in pan n cook it until golden brown chunks, n yes we use chunks with sugar as halwa. Its that easy no need of turn it in to butter. N I your acting n personality ❤🥰

      I searched both methods few months back on UA-cam and found out that when we make ghee without making butter directly from cream it doesn't have same quality and benefits as when done by butter method..
      MERI ammi Bhi hamesha se he Malai ko jaag LGA Kar lassi bnakar ghee bnaty Han ..main ab Apne liay daikh rahi thy k Asaan tareeqa miljaye .phir pta Chala k khali cream se Jo ghee bnayga usmain wo ghazaiyat Nahi hogy

    Hay Sanam two tips why ruin ur hand blender you can get a electric whisk which is a lot cheaper and had three setting with two whisks does the job a lot quicker and for separation of fat use a Muslin cloth or mulmal cloth and even if u leave it in the cloth hanging for a bit works wonders saves time and energy… tips were from my mum … but good job girl …

    More power to you for doing so much of mehnat to show us the whole process. I understand that it gets all the way more difficult when you have to shoot the process. Thank you! My mum just puts all the stored malai in a kadhai and lets the brown thing separate and stores the ghee in containers. You can try that out too:)

    I make ghee using whipping cream. I blend the whipping cream into a cream then keep whipping until the cream has separated from the water. Then i take out the cream and squeeze out any water. That cream is like butter. Then you just melt out the butter on chula and ghee is made. You can check out Sassy’s Cooking channel for both these recipes. They are very easy to make.

    Add water in cream to get butter in just few mins. It will save your energy, effort and stick blender 🌝🌝🌝. Thank you for sharing this method. I used to do with jug blender. I used your method today and i was super happy.

    You can make ghee directly without making butter.
    We used to do it this way but its very time consuming. Ab hum malai directly stove py rakh daitay hain aur uci trha acha desi ghee ban jata hai. Aur time bohat kum lgta hai.

    Meri dadi jo ghee banati hai usme masale bhi daaltin hai take thoda sa flavour aur khusboo enhance ho ek martaba mene dekha tha unhone ne pan ke 2-3 patte (leaves), methi,elaichi,jeera,haldi aur ek do cheezen dali thi jo mujhe yaad nahi ...lekin bht zaika hota hai ghee mein aur khushbo alag hi hoti aur jo ghee ka colour hota hai thoda sa yellow hota hai jo dukano mein milta hai woh ek dum pale ya white ya clear hota hai. Ye masale bhi quantity measure karke dalti hain kyun ke agar kuch zayada hojaye to taste kharab hosakta hai aur agar ye sab cheezen jalgai to bhi masla hai

    You can use malmal ka kapda to seperate milk from makhan
    Malmal ka kapda goes in channi and sits on top of bowl for milk to drip and stick it in fridge so makhan stays cold
    I add elaichi just one for khush boo

    The color of ghee is absolutely perfect at the end what I do just put everything in the strainer leave it for sometime each drop of the ghee will strain by it self in the bottle so you don't have to squeeze them if you read my message please give me a heart ❤like sanam

    Take blender jug add some balai and cold water and blend till it thickens, phr ek bary bowl mey bari chalni(sieve) rkh k usmey se pour krn, phr agian ye process krn itni dyr mey phly waly butter se butter milk nikl chuka hoga usko separate pan mey nikalty jayn. do the same process untill balai ends.

    U can make halwa from that "brown particles" 😂
    Just take a karahi..cook that phouk(brown particles) and 1/2 cup of atta on low flame until u can get khusbu of atta..then add sugar and milk and let it dry..that is it..halwa is ready..and this halwa tatstes delicious..

    Ur method is right but add some cold water to balai at first place before blending. So that it saves blender n it helps making butter separate from butter milk aswell.

    You can use malmal ka kapra to separate butter and the buttermilk. Squeeze the cloth well and collect all the buttermilk in bowl that releases from the cloth and you will get clean solid butter in the cloth! People also tie it and hang for a while when making cheese. It’s not messy and take lesser time and effort.

    U can simply separate the butter milk by simply wrapping it in a thin cloth nd simply sequeeze it.....it is easir than using hands nd hope it will sve ua time as well

    Same method se hum bhi banate h magar ju brown thing rehata h usme hum aata or milk powder or thoda dry fruits fine chopped kar ke dalte h or bhon kar sugar dalkar pede ye aflatoon bana le te h.

    We make it directly . Defrost the malai and then place it in the pot on the flame n leave fr 3 to 4 hours.... amd strain in the end. Tada ghee is ready . Mess free procedure

    Ic ko bohat halki aanch py garam honay dain aur stir na karain jab app daikhain k ghee pighal gya toh aram sy neechay rakh k ghee nithar lain end py jo lasi aur ghee ka mixture ho ga usay thori dair freezer main rakhain ghee freez ho ja,ay ga usay uper sy utar k lasi ko gira dain.     You may use a Muslin cloth to strain the butter milk and seperate the butter
