- In my opinion, the best moneymaker in the game. Due to a combination of economical ammunition costs, low repairs, combat effectiveness and that tier 8 premium credit coefficient, it's just about impossible to lose money in this tank, regardless of how crappy a day you're having. Today we have three games in the Type 59, lose two of them and still earn over 200k credits.

Almost certainly. I really like the sound of a tank like the Chaffee that earns money even on a loss.

Great clips. I wish I was as calm as you during my games. Even my neighbors can hear my shout. But I figured out how you do it. I hear the sound of a finger popping a beerbottles opening. ( tried my best english explaining it)
Definitely sounds like you'd like the style of the Type 59, I'd recommend everyone gets one anyway, but if you're a medium tank gameplay fan anyway it's a no-brainer.
I actually have a 735(f), had some great games in it. I remember once I promised a clanmate we'd play the 735(f) and not stop until we lost a game. 2 hours and 12 games later....

In some circumstances, depends on the map. It's a lower profile target than the T-50-2 though, and that turret looks very bouncy.
a good tip for aiming while peeking and poking round corners. If you tap W to move round the corner the aiming reticle will still decrease in size so you can have a fully aimed shot when you come round then shoot straight away.
It's great for mediums and heavies if they have a slow aim time
I tend to pop them open in two shots with my ISU, too. The BL-10 ain't afraid of no Types!

Can't really say, not seen any stats on it. I'd expect it to be different, obviously. Maybe a better gun but with weaker armour? Won't know until I see it.

Nothing wrong with the T34, great moneymaker too. The Type 59 just costs less to repair and fires cheaper ammo, but if you already have a good tier 8 premium moneymaker (and you do) there's no need to buy another.
Love my type 59, its such a great tank, i remember what it was like before the turret armor got nerfed, it was amazing
i want to get a super pershing because of some of your vidios on it and i want a tier 8 prem tank. but i heard on a discussion that they nerfed spaced armor. was it enough to really hurt the super pershing or can it still soak up shots like a boss?
@byxl the super pershing is an amazing tank and i soak up shots like crazy. I absolutely live it. I've taken on a T34 and an IS6 at the same time and held my ground until help arrived. My front was open to them but they kept getting behind cover. In a game without arty, the super pershing can just sit in the open (dont sit in the open if you don't need to, just if you absolutely need to) and its gun isn't as bad people say if you know how to hit weak spots.
you talked about the ammorack in the back of the turret around 8:00. another one is situated in the right front (when you drive it) directly behind that headlight. At least there used to be ine. I blew up some Types hitting them there. Big Boom, heavy laughter from my side and then move on.
I wish I had your luck with the accuracy! Well... it's not terrible accuracy, I'll give you that much. But taken into consideration with the aiming time and the size of the aiming circle, even fully aimed, it's safe to say that gun is the tanks' least outstanding feature. It gets the job done, though.

i always shoot on the move in my type :) i has gun stabilizer specifically for it and im even considering switching out repair skill for some crew specific skills to improve it further
Correction the ammo rack is at the side of the tank surronded by the tracks. The back of the turret is where you will kill most crew like the gunner, loader, commander.
That's where there's *a* ammo rack yes. The sides and rear of the turret are another.
Get for the loader safe stowage! Brother in arms ino should be the second set of skills on this tank. Bug fidst get that safe stowage perk, that 12,5 % helps much. And for the accuracy: Maybe i just have big luck but i seem to hit many distance shots with my type and i have many snipers on it.
I feel your pain on the bad players in games. In the last few weeks it's seems to have become a much bigger problem than before. Yesterday I played 20+ games win no wins. Þurned off game in anger lol.

Nasty little tank but I did manage to kill one with my BP in a one on one brawl on coast the other day! It did take me down to a sliver of health though! On 360 btw.
Panther L100, T29 105mm etc. Beside nerfs, you don't see big wolf packs very often now, and alone Typ59 was never scary. :)
Also, the Gun penetration is 181mm instead of 175mm with AP, 241 instead of 235 with APCR, and the HE shells are the same.
And the average damage with AP and APCR shells is 250 instead of 230.
Do you think that Wargaming EU would add the type 59-g as a premium and/or a prize for winning one of their competitions?

I got a 2 in 1 game engine fire on both a Lowe and a Tiger in my T20 X3
You definately want repairs on it, when u angle your type 59 the tracks will absorb dmg and you will get tracked all the time.

This has to be the first time I disagree with you Jingles. From my experience driving a Type 59 the gun is accurate enough! Its that bloody aimtime that has screwed me over time and time again! It takes FOREVER for the sight to sette!! That or I'm just lucky when it comes to the accuracy...

when i play my super pershing i always wish to be a type id go faster for almost the same armour value and a better gun even though the types aim time is very long

Actually, the signal range is 600m instead of 525m, the side of the turret is 130mm instead of 104 mm, the rate of fire is 6.9 RaM (rounds a minute) instead of 7.5, so the DpM (damage per minute) is 1725 instead of 1875 with AP shells. Also, the traverse and turret traverse are both 46 degrees instead of 45 degrees (not like it matters). The weight is also 36T instead of 35.38T, so the Hp/T Ratio is 14.44 instead of 14.69. These are the stats for the NEW Type 59. Also the Type 59 G makes 2 times the amount of Credits, Xp and Free Xp So yeah, thats insane.

its engine might be weak but it turns very fast, it goes fast, and despite some people say that is armor suxs it is overpowered. What I mean its turret is very thick and it has a low sillouette and that combination makes the type 59 Overpowered, everybody who does not own a type, hates the type. it has best armor among tier 8 meds

I still think Type 59 is the best credit maker from the game even after all nerf stages he went through! His mobility is bad but I am very happy with it!
My record as credits earned in one battle is 168k credits!

How do you feel about the Non-premium Type 59?
I was platoon commander of those tanks in 80's.
I have one problem with this tank, it is a rare $50 premium that is historically important. It used to be China's mbt, it should not be a prem tank. Most premiums were only ever used in tests like the T14, the super Pershing or Lowe or tanks that really don't matter like the ram or locust. I do understand that the type 59 was added before the other Chinese tanks and if they were only going to add one this would be it. Even still it frustrates me.
Its not in the game anymore because it is the best tank in the game...
That's not my point, the fact that it is the most famous Chinese tank is rare and $50 is what matters to me, of course since it is OP it should be rare but since it is the type 59 that is what bugs me.
I ser your paint but the jag tiger 8,8 existed and with that gun how would you put that vehicle in the tech tree? It's just an example....
I bought it when it was first released, it was OP then and a lot of people complained about it. I stopped playing for a year and just recently started playing again, and it isn't as OP as it used to be. I don't know exactly what was changed, but i'm not doing as good as i used to.

All my fear of the Types have disappeared with the purchase of the BL-10. But this tends to be true for all other tanks as well. Fear the BL-10, listen to its song in the night and tremble in terror :).

I've been working Towards a T-44 or T-54/55 but I saw it was available, went to use my $50 Gift Card & I bought PC WoT Gift Cards!
But today, no problem, exchanged what i needed for Microsoft Points and Got this Glorious Legend! I play GER/US Heavy's and GER TD's, and was working to a T-43/44 etc But I LOVE this Sexy Perfect Medium!

In the next patch 8.6 t26e4 hull armour been nerfed.and remove in the store.i think t26e4 armour is it too op because it is just 8 tier tank.

Type 59 not scary? My type has 3 full perks and can circle o death most tanks.
Of course against high pen high damage tanks, the type wont be able to deflect those shots.
But thats where the mobility and the mind set of the player comes in. Type is not meant to brawl all the time. It can camp and snipe, it can brawl and it can counter scouts. Its an all in one platform.
One thing that others me is that. It has absolutely no ammo. 34 shots? That's almost useless. And the accuracy. Shit
That's why you brawl with it where the accuracy means nothing
33:18 I commented on this issue about an hour ago on one of your other videos, but here it's even worse: you complain about the T-44 "managing to hit you, (...)". No Jingles, he didn't. YOU drove into him when he was in font of you, passing through between two buildings. For some reason you apparently thought that it was a good idea to squeeze yourself in between him and the building, ramming and stalling him in the process - and of course blaming it on the other guy. Because of your ramming attempt, he got distracted, turned his turret to look what happened and thus slightly touched the T-54. If you had simply let the T-44 pass through the narrow gap first by either stopping or simply bulldozing through that building, none of this would have happened.
I mostly like your videos, but this is extremely annoying. Your continuous finger-pointing is actually no different to what you don't like about other players: doing something wrong, getting killed and then whining about their "noob team". Please try to be more objective in the future, especially since you do not make your commentary during the heat of the actual battle but while watching the replay, with all the time in the world to carefully study what was going on.
You wasted 1 minute of your, and every other persons life who read your comment...shame on YOU
