Good brief video of install procedure. I advise prospective consumers to get the manual latch mechanism over the magnet because magnets lose their magnetism over time especially when hit together with the repeated closing of the door. Why, you might ask? Because, magnetic dipoles at the atomic level are oriented in parallel & in same polarity & when heated or hammered these dipoles are deviated in random directions thereby reducing the net magnetic field; eventually the magnetic property becomes so weak that it can no longer defeat the spring tension of the screen & it will fail to effectively retain closure of the door. Treat & maintain the latch closure with care & it will last much longer than the magnetic closure.
This video don't show show the main issue which is how to adjust the spring tension.but thanks for video anyway.
Pull the end cap off so the spring resets. Then use the cap to spin the spring. Load 15-22 rotations. Careful screw cap back on to housing.
Do you install it the other way for when the door opens out?
Buying this!
How do you tighten the handle on one of those screens?
Crappy video. No specifics. I'm sure a well-experienced handyman or carpenter could figure this out, but definitely NOT a regular home owner.
Regular homeowners Can’t get phantom screens. Authorized dealers only

Must all run with electricity? I'm interested in providing something around my 16ftx9ft garden. Due to distance from the house-no electricity. After viewing some of ya'lls sites, I noticed some people after walking in like sliding doors were just "closed" by some people. Any pointers/suggestions? co$t$ estimates? would really appreciate ya'lls time. Thank You .
