Fantastic info. What would you recommend to a 57 year old individual who came out of IT sys admin field about 10 years back and worked in some other domain? Can he/she get a job if he/she upgrade? Pls revert 🙏🏻

Yes. Individuals with 57 can get back to the IT industry at that age. But there might be some hiring restrictions in MNC in india at 60 years of age. But lots of other companies do accept a skillful person with that much experience.
But I would recommend maybe teaching or building his/her own company at that age and experience is far better than getting a non leadership job.
