Small House at the Back of the Land - Beautiful and Cozy

Positioned at the back of the plot, the house opens onto a beautiful garden and pool. With the social area completely integrated with the balcony, glass doors allow the kitchen to extend to the outside area. On the other side of the house we have a small private balcony, next to the bedroom. The bathroom with good natural lighting and a view of the garden allows for relaxing baths. The interior design is focused on practicality and comfort, allowing the resident to have everything they need in a small space. Instead of having a TV room, I’d have 2 bedeooms and add a tv in the barbecue area. But the project is great! Congrets!

You could always use a pull out bed in the lounge.... double use! Or you can just add another bedroom and bathroom on the right side of the house beside the pool and cut the pool back to a simple lap pool. No L.

It would be very difficult for him to give a price, as Price would vary greatly from area to area......and someone building this in Mexico can build it for less than half the price you can in the US.
