Dope. I wonder how many millions of years old that stone is.
I've been told, depending on the stone, that it's not a good idea to allow water on the sides of the stone, because it can get between the layers and break the stone.
n00baTr00pa you dont wanna soak them or dip them in water and if you do ...you wanna make sure it dries... its customary to seal Japanese natural stones... erosion is possible with natural stones and moisture but the truth is that ive never seen a stone fail because it got whet... coticules, thuringians and other stones dont get seal and they are fine... different materials on all stones for sure tho...
