Please dont get me wrong, but I notice that a lot of people in the States and Australia, NZ, Japan fileting fish. Here, in the Med, we mostly cook or grill the whole fish, without gutts, ofc. It makes less waste, you have more to work with your fingers, slowly eating and digetstion. Greetings from Croatia

We already have a fantastic gas BBQ so he restored and converted it to a wood fired BBQ…had a steel tray fabricated for inside it…you know…just in case there was ever a time we found gas hard to come by… well done team love ya work!

Just got into fishing again after years, got a kayak as well. Heck, I even have a similar van lol. I have a Nissan NV350. That van is very good for camping.
