These features will come in handy for you. The city view is also okay. Of course, I registered you here under a fake name. So, you see, it would be better not to play neighborly too much. This sound is another great option for long sleep, you are really getting there on the treble/bass balances, very small bass reduction and volume increase needed (at least on my end) to get the sound just right, rain sounds are always very cozy and there are no sudden extra noises or thunder playing that distract or break the white-noise effect. 👍
Small note, the image, while cozy, doesn't feel like it matches the sound playing, the rain sounds more as if a window was open, rain sound indoors usually tends to be more muted down, again, this is just a personal observation of the animation playing vs sound. 😹

Put up some horizontal blinds (mag attach so you can take them down) and change the sectional to a futon bed... it would ALMOST be Maj. Kusanagis' apartment from GitS.

Such a gorgeous apartment for a cyberpunk world! I would personally add more computers and TV’s on the wall to make it more techy and computer feeling with the comfiest bed to sleep on and living room too ❤❤
