Great race, Pogacar is just not a puncheur
Well he is good at that too, but he is not on in top form at the moment. He focused on RVV, and now he is preparing for the Tour. He was also pretty badly placed going into the Mur, so that did not help either.

@@123tilen123 You do realise that Pogacar has beaten Roglic in almost every finish for the last 2 years? Apparently not.
@@patrickbateman7444 He did beat Alaphilippe in a finish last year at Liege so i think he has enough speed. But as i mentioned, this race was not amongst his main targets this year.
that decision to go for pogacars wheel might have cost alaphilippe his victory, but certainly did cost him the podium.
Alaphilippe himself told during the after-race interview that it wouldn't have change anything if he had gone for Teun's wheel. The winner was too strong that day.
As a FloBikes subscriber in the US, I continue to be disappointed that some of the biggest races (i.e., Paris-Roubaix, CCX World Championship) are not available. Case in point, this race was not covered either. Cancelled my subscription . . . .
