Ákos Biritz è un giovane artista proveniente dall’Ungheria. Ha studiato per otto anni presso la “Imre Baross Circus Arts Scholl” a Budapest e successivamente ha fatto parte di una compagnia ungherese di Circo contemporaneo. Al Festival di Latina Ákos presenta un numero di “cinghie aeree”, una disciplina nella quale le evoluzioni dell’acrobata fanno affidamento al supporto offerto da lunghe cinghie sospese alla sommità dello Chapiteau. Con la sua esibizione, Ákos Biritz si propone di comunicare che, in qualche modo, anche agli uomini è dato di volare; un invito ed uno sprone ad esercitare quella forza di volontà che, talora, può rendere possibili anche le imprese più ardue.

Ákos Biritz is a young performer from Hungary. He studied at the ‘Imre Baross Circus Arts School’ in Budapest for 8 years, after which he began working with a Hungarian contemporary Circus company. Ákos is presenting an ‘aerial straps’ number at Latina: a discipline in which the performer executes acrobatics while suspended from the height of the big top by two long straps. With his assured and strong performance, Ákos shows us that humans can fly, demonstrating that even the hardest feats are possible.
