AITA for considering breaking up with my fiancé because she got the "ick" when I cried last year?

Break up with anyone who uses the work "Ick" when referring to people.

the first time my emotionally stable bf cried in front of me is one of the most precious moment of my life because that shows he trust me so much thus he feels safe to show his true emotion while being with me

    That's gigantic red flag.
She comforts you but then makes fun of you behind your back?
    She's so 2 faced.
It's funny for her when someone she supposed to love opens up and is venerable?
That doesn't seem like someone worthy spending rest of the life with.
And what's that excuse? She can't control things that come out of her mouth?
What happens when you have serious problems? When you would want someone to help you and comfort you, you wouldn't trust her for that.
I would break up if this happened to me.

Who would you rather talk to about your deepest feelings? A woman or a tree?

I would understand her reaction if it happened early, at the beginning of the relationship, you would openly cry and she would see you as a weak oversensitive and not manly enough man...but after 7 years of relationship where both partners would already know about her highs and lows, it's questionable whether her love and respect for you is in the right place. Instead of trying to understand what was going on with you on a deeper level, she mocked your "ick" with her friends. Again, I would understand if she was looking for an outside opinion on this situation, but no, she was mocking your emotional state, this was rather mean from her. . Personally, it would hurt as hell if someone did this to me after 7 years of living together.

In order for feminists to say men and women are equal they lie about saying they dont mind if men cry. Truth is they do mind. I dont know the exact rules but i think you are allowed to cry for 5 mins if someone in your family dies, but after that...

I don't think I would break up over this but it would be a MAJOR red flag that would then cause trust issues regarding her actual feelings for me and reapect and consideration for my feelinfs and and potentially later on ruin the relationship in the long run, so maybe cutting it short instead of allowing foe what I described is the right way to go. But I think I would still want to try to give her a chance to convince me that she actually cares

i mean break up with her yes. But as a man try ure best to never show that side of ureself to your women. even me to i need to man up and not leak my emotional weakness to my wife too. Women biologically find that an ick if the guy doesnt display proper emotional stability. Not saying dont cry and all. As guys we can Cry with our closest friends who are other guys who understand what we go through. A women can never really understand our perspective and will never show the care for it. so its only the bros that can be there for one another

God damn thats like some andrew tate level bullshit. If you cant express emotions with a partner, you dont have a real partner.

@@TiredATFT I suspect if we did a survey you would find that most women find it uncomfortable when men cry, and by your own standard women wouldn’t be capable of being “real partners”.
So I guess we’ll all just be gay.
