Suggestion: First pick is a manager who managed the teams you guys respectively picked. It sets a precedent for formation and tactics and makes it a bit more interesting.

Good addition to the last round where everyone gets a team is that instead of just not picking someone for your starting XI, you can also put him on the bench as a supersub if he’s not good enough for the starting XI
