I love Temu's Fude fountain pens. I absolutely love them.
I might have been unlucky :/ mine didn't work very well
I made one of those sponge things only a little smaller. I love it for travel.

Ink in fountain pens usually dry up in the nib if you don't use them for a few days. I've never bought a really expensive one, but I've found with all the ones that I have, this is the case. The worst fountain pen I've ever bought was a manuscript one and they are supposed to be good pens, but the casing cracked from opening and closing it when I changed the cartridges. You do have to make sure that all of the water you put through the nib to get it working again is absorbed by some kitchen paper otherwise it waters the ink down too much.
Thanks a lot for the useful information! I don't have a fountain pen by ferris wheel press yet, but the ballpoint pen with ink cartridge is amazing, ink is flowing perfectly every time
