- Today we hike Marston Muktuk Memorial trail in Arctic Valley, Alaska. We tackled this hike from the Arctic Valley side but you can also start at South Fork. The trail is fairly easy elevation wise but almost 8 miles long. I would rate maybe a 3/10 just based on distance. You don’t have to walk very far on the trail to get nice views either.
