1. Establish boundaries and non-negotiables: bitching, reminding of flawed past self, intruding in other relationships, complaining all the time, getting easily offended, being possessive, prying in personal life, unnecessarily competing, pulling down instead of pushing up, coercing to engage in potentially harmful activities, talking behind back, etc. Create your own non-negotiables.
2. The gamble: 8 people might betray/leave eventually (some of whom might remain close for a pretty long time), but the 2 who turn out to be gems will more than make up for the 8 who left. This is why trusting everyone is better than trusting no one.
3. Construct tests to allow people into your space: Quietly judge them initially; and then, once they pass a certain level, trust them.
4. Take it slow: Take your sweet time to offer in a relationship. People leave or betray if they get what they want too quickly.
5. Create a 'me' reality: Fixating on an 'us' reality will lead to serious heartbreak if the person leaves. And people leave. Accept this harsh reality. Create a 'me' reality that fulfils you and brings you happiness and comfort even when the 'us' reality falls apart.

It’s difficult to do. But atleast think a small tiny step in the endeavour to solve the “other” problem and decide that you will do that tiny step once you finish the “current” work. Sometimes it works for me.,,,,sometimes I allow my self to slip 😅

I am no expert but The part where you want stability and don’t want a life like papa mumma clearly answers everything. Here’s the thing, if you read your words more aptly, you are focused on comparing w others instead of what YOU CAN DO to take step in direction of life that u want. We all have something we like to do, a hobby which is stupid rn, try researching, try focusing on how YOU can help others / the community around with whatever small big skills u have. Start small, you will get to a bigger picture eventually. All the answers are always out there. Follow Prakhar intensely, harsh truths make you want to do shit you ar scared of! Worked for me, might work for u too. ;)
Others don't know what they are doing either... Do what you like and stop worrying about future. In short I just want to say stop comparing yourself and set a goal and work towards it.

Hey dont worry. A lot of people do actually go through this confusion. But end point Yaar is always that money is important but Kitna important tume decide Krna hai. Kaunsi job Tu kr skta hai, ye tereko doondhna hai. Agar tu apna kaam acche se or skta hai, tereko satisfaction Hoga, but shayad thode der baad tume whi kaam boring bhi lgega. Aur shayad boring phir hard work Jaise lgne lgega. But that doesn't mean ki u get scared thinking about it. Tume kaam se alaava Jo cheeze acche lgte hai hobby ke Tarah Karo. If u can make money with it then we'll and good otherwise just find things and do things that give you satisfaction and excitement as hobbies without looking for returns or thinking what others might say or think. Most importantly , thumb rule is ---zyaada mat Socho, Jo Accha lgta hai Karo suno aur duniya including family ke tumare upar ka influence ko limit mein rakhna seekh. UA-cam marketing or general marketing on what's the best life se door rhe. Aur Kush raho!!!

That’s when I started doing the same thing that you spoke about. Trusting people in a contained manner, and waiting for those 2 amazing people to show up in my life.. since then it’s been a fulfilling journey as I had TRUE friends along with it.
