Angus Young guitar skills is legendary, and he plays and moves the same today as he did 30yrs ago, gotta be pushing 60yrs old,he played a 12 minute solo,2yrs ago,it was awesome.
Thunderstruck was in Battleship in the last part, best part, when they fired up Mighty MO, the U.S.S. Missouri. America's last Battleship that can under needed times could be recommissioned. Last used in Operation Desert Storm.
dude if you really want to see the guy whos doing the guitar you like .. Angus Young , check out his live solos and watch him command the crowd with his guitar. deadly !
I have a AC/DC story. This in the 70's maybe 4th grade. Anyhow if we were good in class we could bring a record from home, and the teacher would play it in class. This kid in class comes up to the front of the room and puts on AC/DC Big Balls. I after the class roared in laughter, the teacher pulls the needle off the record, and says that she stopped playing the song cause we were laughing too hard. Yeah right! We never played records again after that. If forget that kids name, but I never forgot the deed. That was the first time listening to AC/DC. Good times.
It’s amazing to see people that are in there 20’s or 30’s and listen to this music for the first Time I’ve been in this world for 14 years and the fist time I heard AC/DC I was five my whole family is about rock & heavy metal.
He gave the solo 8.5 and I agree, because it was too short! We wanted to hear more. It is true that he started playing more near the end but we wanted to hear the solo to be longer! ☺️
Well most of the younger generation think they are all experts. EXACTLY why I can't listen to today's music. Same beat Faster or slower but still same beat
It was played in the movie Maximum Overdrive... and many other movies. Also, Angus never gets anything less than a 10 when it comes to him playing guitar. NEVER!!! I saw them twice in concert and they put on such an awesome show.
I saw them in about 87' I was 16, I went w/ my big brother. Ha I couldn't hear in class for 2 days. Hells Bells tour & that gong they used shook your insides. Angus, dance is iconic & never misses a note! Love your channel!!!! LOVE your energy!!!! ❤
Most all of ACDC music is Iconic and used in hundreds of sound tracks and games. Did you crawl out from under a rock not to know them. Dirty deed done dirt cheap is great song.
I love it when people doing reactions thinking they've heard these songs in adverts (commercials) or movies. Sometimes that's true but, more often than not these songs are so big, they transcend genres and you already know them, you just didn't know you knew them.
That step he has done for many many years. its his signature. If he didnt do it i think the crowd would rage. Oh and it has been that same outfit when he does that step with the shorts and such.
Back in the 90s Las Vegas had a semi pro hockey team called the Las Vegas Thunder. Pretty sure they played Thunderstruck for the players when they first stepped on the ice.
I see so many hip hop reactions calling Angus skipping across the stage "dope" "killer" and no one seems to know it's Chuck Berry's Duckwalk. Man, it makes me feel sad that people have forgotten the history of Rock and Roll and were popular music started.
Lot of good songs to choose from and indulge in, but for me, let there be rock, lit a fire in me I can't put into words. The day I heard that jam, I believe was the day I truly felt ROCK! Keep em coming my guy! 🔥👌
Good video holla thanks for the content to make our days better. As always, you come with the right energy man and it makes my day and everyone else better for getting to listen with you. Keep that energy bro and stay open minded
This song is also the most expensive song ever used in a movie, the producers of Varsity Blues paid 500,000 thousand dollars for the rights to use it in their movie, just to have it played one time in a movie, that's a good pay day..
it should also be remeberd that this band out of Australia was a Juggernaut around the world in the time before the internet and they would fill massive stadiums at will ... and at the time Australian rock was arguably the best in the world ... we had somthing that others just didnt and most of the exports of the day made it relatively big
That whole album was the soundtrack to the Stephen king movie about the trucks trying to kill people in Wilmington NC. Can't believe the name is slipping my mind.
the real solo in this was the first 5 minutes of the song. Angus played the same cords the whole first 5 minutes. plays that little solo. then plays the same cords as the beginning of the song for the rest of the song
I know the song has been used for many things but I do know it was in the movie I watched last night called Battleship and it used to be in an iPhone commercial for awhile. AC/DC has lots of great songs. You should try Highway to Hell or Hells Bells.
This video, the live version, a cover by 2 Cellos, and a cover by Steve’s Seagulls or something all have this song with 100 million views or more. 1 song 4 versions all “viral”. Shows how powerful the song is!
Theres a drinking game if youre with your mates to this fyi: You drink your beer without stopping in a circle until they say "thunder" then it passes to the next guy. Gets you so hype
That is a fact, most used rock ban in tv production..maximum overdrives entire music play for the movie is all acdc(steven king movie)and many many more movies an commercials
That's Angus Young doing Chuck Berry's "duckwalk." And he totally gives credit.
Beat me to it.
Yep the most humble dude. Always gives credit to his influences such as Chuck berry, Jimmy hendrix etc
Fans called it the duck walk.
I'm one who was a nrockingrocking
This is the most recognizable opening riff ever. Used in everything. One of my favorite songs. Thanks. Made my day.
Angus Young guitar skills is legendary, and he plays and moves the same today as he did 30yrs ago, gotta be pushing 60yrs old,he played a 12 minute solo,2yrs ago,it was awesome.
Heh - Angus is 65 years old and still makes 19 year olds look like they're just beginners.
Yes. And he's been rocking since the early 70's. Since he was 14 I think. Incredible.
He taught himself and his brother Malcom taught himself too. Love them forever. 🤟🤟❤❤❤
Iron man, everything.
Duck walk invented by legendary Chuck Berry who happens to be Angus’ hero
"As smooth as the moonwalk." Lmfaooooo, he aint lying!!
I thought that was hilarious as MJ did the duckwalk all the time.
The song was used in the movie Battleship. Right around when they come back from defeat.
Awesome scene in the movie!
There's no way you escaped this far in life without hearing these riffs - they're played at every live sporting event in America for the most part.
This is played at a lot of sporting events. Good pump up song for football.
and the movie varsity blues
This song is perfect for the gym, its one of my favorites to play while I’m on the treadmill. It motivates me to run faster and longer distances.
The guitar solo was short because the whole damn song is already a guitar solo!
Thunderstruck was in Battleship in the last part, best part, when they fired up Mighty MO, the U.S.S. Missouri. America's last Battleship that can under needed times could be recommissioned. Last used in Operation Desert Storm.
@Rideable Sun very true. Love that part when they got the battleship
@Rideable Sun rest of the movie was laughable 🤣
Don’t forget Varsity Blues as well...
Shit. Best part is damn right! The song was a perfect fit. I start singin when I watch it!
Best reaction to this I've seen 🙌 When u started acting like Angus I died 😂🙌✊🤘🔥🖤
Ac/dc you shook me all night long
Commercials and movies LOL too many to count. Iron Man 2 for one LOL.
It was in the BEST scene of Thor Ragnarok too and it was so cool
Varsity Blues / Friday Night lights (tv show)
You have just witnessed the best rock band of ALL time my friend. No guy test
Gotta love AC/DC.
2:53 that smile man, love seeing people get the same enjoyment I had listening to them for the first time.
Yup these blokes make me proud to an Aussie... I’m so happy you like this music..
dude if you really want to see the guy whos doing the guitar you like .. Angus Young , check out his live solos and watch him command the crowd with his guitar. deadly !
2 Cellos- Thunderstruck cover.
Yes!!!
Those two did an awesome cover. Loved it.

8.5 really? Hahahaha. This is an iconic song. 10 out of 10 both lyric wise and guitar wise
He gave the solo 8.5 and I agree, because it was too short! We wanted to hear more. It is true that he started playing more near the end but we wanted to hear the solo to be longer! ☺️
Well most of the younger generation think they are all experts.
EXACTLY why I can't listen to today's music. Same beat
Faster or slower but still same beat
I love seeing reactions to this song and video! It gets everyone pumped!
It was played in the movie Maximum Overdrive... and many other movies. Also, Angus never gets anything less than a 10 when it comes to him playing guitar. NEVER!!! I saw them twice in concert and they put on such an awesome show.

Everyone used this
Thank you for keeping our music alive
Thunderstruck is played a lot at sporting events. Whole Lotta Rosie, live at River Plate, check it out, it’s fire!
Whole lotta rosie live paris is better
donna sweet I know they would play this during the OKC games when Durant, Westbrook Harden were there
Especially in Texas, obviously.
This song was used in an advert for sky TV, it was the one where the kids were playing on stage.
It's hard to pick songs from AC/DC lots of gems
Most all of ACDC music is Iconic and used in hundreds of sound tracks and games. Did you crawl out from under a rock not to know them. Dirty deed done dirt cheap is great song.
My favorite acdc songs are: "the jack""T N T" and "Ride on"
The guy playing the guitar starts the video playing with One hand , never seen any other guitarist do this before him, bad asss.....
On top of Mr Angus playing one handed... the video looks like it was so much fun to shoot!!!!
I love it when people doing reactions thinking they've heard these songs in adverts (commercials) or movies.
Sometimes that's true but, more often than not these songs are so big, they transcend genres and you already know them, you just didn't know you knew them.
I’ve never seen a classic rock reaction.. ever! Kudos to you bringin it back man mucho respect on that brotha
Donnington, monsters of rock, early 90s. Watch the whole concert. One of their best.
Check out " If You Want Blood (You Got It) "the official video.
Every time you go to a professional football game or most sporting events you will hear this song during intermissions
That step he has done for many many years. its his signature. If he didnt do it i think the crowd would rage. Oh and it has been that same outfit when he does that step with the shorts and such.
AC/DC is so amazing, even Prince was impressed.
Congrats you've just been "Thunderstruck "!🤘🥁🎸💃🎶🎙😍
Back in the 90s Las Vegas had a semi pro hockey team called the Las Vegas Thunder. Pretty sure they played Thunderstruck for the players when they first stepped on the ice.
That's called the Duck Walk and was popularised by Rock n Roll pioneer Chuck Berry.
I see so many hip hop reactions calling Angus skipping across the stage "dope" "killer" and no one seems to know it's Chuck Berry's Duckwalk. Man, it makes me feel sad that people have forgotten the history of Rock and Roll and were popular music started.
so true not many reacters seem to even know who Chuck Berry was
Angus knows, though. And yes, too bad they dont react to him also.
ua-cam.com/video/byfweknh6Po/v-deo.html
They really should react to those old guys. Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis etc. They were all fantastic artists in their own right.
Chill , everybody need to start somewhere
Angus was inspired by him , he started with the blues ✌️
Your thunder stuck moments were so instantaneous and joy to watch..
The drummer is have his best day of his life
Great drinking game: Everytime they say "Thunder", take a shot
😂🤣😂🤣 And then have someone take you immediately to a hospital you’re gonna need one. Very funny❤️😃👍🌼✌️Love and peace
😁😁😁
REACT TO "HIGHWAY TO HELL" AC/DC LIVE AT RIVER PLATE, ARGENTINA.
The Argentinean crowds are amazing!
Donington is a better live show but the crowd in Argentina was awesome. Not sure how many were there.
Anything River Platte!
I love Angus' enthusiasm and passion...
8.5 my. This 10.0 one of the greatest metal songs if not the greatest of all time !!!!
Lot of good songs to choose from and indulge in, but for me, let there be rock, lit a fire in me I can't put into words. The day I heard that jam, I believe was the day I truly felt ROCK! Keep em coming my guy! 🔥👌
As soon as I wake up, put the headphones one, put on Thunderstruck and turn it up. Happiness
Good video holla thanks for the content to make our days better. As always, you come with the right energy man and it makes my day and everyone else better for getting to listen with you. Keep that energy bro and stay open minded

love it...been listening to A.C.D.C. since the 80s
When Saban and the Crimsom Tide walk through the tunnel to the field, Thunderstruck is played.
it should also be remeberd that this band out of Australia was a Juggernaut around the world in the time before the internet and they would fill massive stadiums at will ... and at the time Australian rock was arguably the best in the world ... we had somthing that others just didnt and most of the exports of the day made it relatively big
Loved your reaction.😎😎AC⚡️DC I used to live in Las Vegas so I can totally picture your walk. Perfect song if you plan on going gambling.😃👍🌼✌️
When I listen to AC/DC so do my neighbors! I'm 62!
You SHOULD react to ThunderStruck (Live At River Plate, December 2009). It was EPIC!
The intro to this song was used in a scene from Dead Pool 2, where they were just about to jump out of the plane.
Angus young good with that chuck Barry move lol
Alot of people don't notice Angus playing the guitar with one hand at the beginning...He's the best as far as I'm concerned 🤟🤘
I know the song has been used for many things but I do know it was in the movie I watched last night called Battleship and it used to be in an iPhone commercial for awhile. AC/DC has lots of great songs. You should try Highway to Hell or Hells Bells.

They use this song a pretty much every sporting event.
It was on Battleship the movie, along with countless other movies t.v. Shows and commercials
Iron Man movies, want solo, do "whole lotta rosie" or "let there be rock"
I love the guitar solo in Whole Lotta Rosie at the Riverplate. Off the charts.
@@gordonduke8812 that is an awesome solo, also the Walk All Over You solo
I agree about the solo: I think it was too short! I want to hear more! ☺️
It was played near the end of the of the movie "Battleship"
Bruh lol every time Angus does the duck walk your reaction had me on the floor bro thank your for doing a reaction video
Theres a drinking game if youre with your mates to this fyi: You drink your beer without stopping in a circle until they say "thunder" then it passes to the next guy. Gets you so hype
Sliding across the floor in beat to what he’s playing on guitar at the same time
That is a fact, most used rock ban in tv production..maximum overdrives entire music play for the movie is all acdc(steven king movie)and many many more movies an commercials
Varsity Blues is the first thing I think of when hearing it
Angus young the dancing guitar player 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻💯.... He is a beast
Their music is in a lot of movies. Two, including this one, is in Battleship.
My effin favoritesststststst Intro!!! 🙌🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼 ⚡️
"When I hear this song, all I'm hearing is a good time..." That's about right. Party, party, party.
The ending reaction to this video is gonna be underrated, hilarious my guy 😂
Lots of basketball games use it too. Did you notice Angus playing the guitar with 1 hand in the beginning before Brian comes out?
One of their best song. Masterpiece ⚡⚡⚡ Hope you've been thunderstruck 🔥 ROCK ON bro 🤘🏻
Did you notice that Angus Young was playing his guitar in the beginning and end of the song with one hand?
It's called pull offs. A very difficult technique
I'm not a huge AC DC fan, but I rate the entire performance 11 out of 10.
I ain’t gone lie that’s as smooth as the moon walk lmao that had me cracking up
Dude, I love Angus Young! Total BADASS!
This song was used in the movie "BATTLESHIP".
The official video to AC/DC's "Money Talks" also does a great job of highlighting Angus Young's mad guitar skills.
love the jackson poster he is my baby inside and out dead or alive
forever and ever Amen
Ur Kickin’ A$$ - keep rockin’!!
Nice reaction Man 👍✌💪 to this Legend song
The song was in the movie battleship

@@HollaAtKrazy I saw you hit over 90k before your birthday like you wanted to congrats!!
That was the same guy who started and ended it all with a one handed solo.
Varsity Blues movie comes to mind every time I hear this.. class of 99 lol my age is showing
Yes ads do use pumped up music, like the who, acdv, car ads!
