@zachattack6465 DR was around 2 min 20 seconds so it probably is eligible to get highlighted it's just not gonna happen
I hate the fact that flood escape 2 maps can’t get highlighted because it’s too long, they should probably change that standard to maps that are 3 minutes max are eligible for a highlight.

I think the neon/glowing crystals dont fit the map
well if I remove them then itll look too empty so I kinda want to keep them

Okay, now this map feels like a 7, it’s WAY tighter and considering I’m .75 seconds earlier from when I first beat it, the lava reached me at the end .5-.75 seconds faster then it did the first time, so that means this maps lava speed is like 1.5 seconds faster!!! That’s absurd but good job with the map!!!
Edit: I also had to jump into the end zone to not die for v4.6
I'd say still a 6.7, but very close to 6.8. But gg
@@Daniel-9525the bridge keeps collapsing at a pace that makes it constantly feel 6.8 (6.9 is slightly pushing it but I see it)
I've nerfed the bridge collapsing time by a second, it should be much easier

Maybe you should make the lava more paces and bit of translucent to make navy blue! it will be better, I can put the particles of the lava if you want!
I already have the lava particles, but I can work on making the lava pacing more consistent throughout the map

Can you shrink the spawn platform if possible, late spawns are usually guaranteed death
It should be 12x12 which is smaller than the default 16x16 but I could shrink it again later
another thing many ppl do to combat spawn rng is making timed doors but again, more work so i wont expect it

idk if theres a limit of how small u can make your spawn but if u can, just make it like 4x4 or the smallest possible

I'm still trying to add more detail but I didn't really feel like making a video for both v2 and v3 since I didn't want four videos the same map on my channel

I like how the lava is now more sharp and fits a blizzard/ Icey theme more than the older white one. I haven’t seen this map in a while so idk if there where any gameplay changes lol

What do you think the actual difficulty of the map is? Because I’ve heard from 6.7-7.8
I think it's a 6.7 which it is but in liquid Breakout its a 7.8 but it's a 7.8 in LB because the star ratings work different in that game

Personally, Snowy Ridge in LB should be outrageous instead, LITTERALY NOBODY UNDERSTAND HELLEVAN AS CRAZY++
But that would also make DR outrageous since it's the same star rating as SR. But it is what it is
outrageous and hellevan ratings work differently
outrageous maps contain 6.0 to 6.6 maps while hellevan maps contain 6.7 and above. thats why snowy ridge is considered a hellevan (though 7.8 is a bit weird for the map)
But if this was a 6.9 then icy peaks would have to really get lowered because icy is 100% not as hard as this
@@Daniel-9525 i know, but it just litterally akward for a 7.8, sometimes this may just destroys hyperspace.
This map does not feel like a 6.7, it feels like a 7-7.3 because of how tight the timing is and some of the jumps are rlly hard

There is a sequel being worked on although as of now development has been pretty slow
Did the tower at 2:14 get nerfed? i swear the lava looks slower now
I didn't change the speed of the lava coming up into the tower, it's just I'm a lot faster than I was before doing the map. But the actual lava speed during the entire tower is 4-4.5 seconds faster than the first video
