Crazy run of big fish in the early 2000's. My buddy was fishing the MRGo heavy around that time frame and kept beating his personal best on trip after trip. Quantity and quality like I don't think we will ever see again.
Mustve been nice! I was slamming 8-10lb bass around that time. I'm a little late to the party. I can get on those dinks that are in there though lol. You think the closure of the mrgo has played any role in the declining quality of large fish? I'm guessing that straight shot to the outside played a huge role in the lake p's big trout days.
