You are completely wrong, to be a blockbuster it needs fuel efficiency. Safety and performance are for people who just yap on UA-cam and are not going to really buy the car
3 cylinder is not at all acceptable because its not just about vibrations…driving a 4 cylinder is a complete different experience…feels too calm and the pull is something else which you can’t get even in turbo 3 cylinder
It doesn't even have a Goddamn turbo in too😢
you should try the Polo 3 cylinder... 3 cylinder is never an issue, engine matters.

@@paris9332 Yes I agree polo turbo…i20 n line have powerful 3 cylinder engines but power is not everything. The feeling of calm nature of 4 cylinder engines cannot be put into words. The calmness is something else. Instead I love Verna Turbo 1.5 and Virtus 1.5. Both have 4 cylinders and super powerful
It's an economy car, stop explaining 4cycl as if it was supercharged v8.

My father has a 2011 swift ddis(zdi) model. It's working like a gem even after 12 years. I even learnt driving on that car and I absolutely love it!!

Those who complain about 0 stars . Suggest a car with better reliability than a Maruti . I'm trying to upgrade to a car from my Honda Activa . Swift is luxury at its best for first time car buyers . 100x safer than a two wheeler . I don't want malfunctioning switches and engine errors in my 7+ lakhs investment. So a big no to Tata and Mahindra . Hyundai comes close , Maruti is just better value .

Miss the diesel for sure……had everything the current swift offered and more as well….. 28.4kmpl and a torque rush diesel engine which can do better job in highways…..also the character of the engine none of the present cars offers the feel of a diesel engine….i wish maruti brings back the diesel engine
Those previous diesel engines came in swift and dzire gives amazing rush in mid range. Miss that rush and difficult to find
We have the 1.2 K12B,in Baleno it still drives and revs like a dream.
why does newer maruti cars have wack alignment from factory. Swift in this video also seems have off center steering wheel. My baleno seems have same problem.

@9:21 Correction that's an old 2nd-generation WagonR which had a K-series 3-cylinder 1.0L engine. 1.2L engine was introduced in the 3rd generation.
I also have swift 2007 and am happy nothing is new in the design part, i will still gets same spares
Baleno have more space ,Features , reliable engine , good mileage and less maintenance cost the only thing maruti should give much more Build quality like brezza and scross , then it will be best in segment

If your primary Concern is mileage then choose Swift. Consider Renault Kiger / Nissan Magnite Turbo also if your budget is around 11 Laksh. Both provides plenty of power, decent mileage, safety and ride comfort
