One of the truly great thing about the 90's that has been forever lost. there was no pocket culture, we had MTV, the school yard and magazines, so everyone was absorbing the same pop culture, everyone knew the slang, everyone knew the music everyone knew what was the "it" thing. it was a magical time when everyone was on the same page culturally.

Which they took 75% of the funds from publishing rights off the song OPP, not 90% my friend. The Jackson 5 & MJ himself had nothing to do with writing the song or lyrics to ABC. The Jackson 5 just recorded & performed the song. Sure they got paid off royalties they received on their version of ABC off the album.
