Super loooove this house also the tour and presentation of ms.apple my only concern is just a separate restroom or shower area/cr in the pool area sana so that the people from the pool won't have to go inside the house soaking wet. Nevertheless this house is a steal👌🏻💯 having a big spacious backyard which you can hold events or parties in this pandemic.
Not bad for the price of 35M it's pretty cheap and the location is good too. compared to the prices here in Las Piñas which were I live. Well the price really depends on the location talaga.

is it really in sta.rosa?a lot of nearby properties are often mistaken to be in sta rosa.like south forbes,a township composed of 8 subdivisons & 4 condo projects.and south forbes is located in silang cavite but often mistaken as part of sta rosa.another high end subd is westgrove heights.even caviteños thought of it as part of my city sta.rosa when it's geographically located in their own province of cavite and the town of silang
.that house is realy huge and has a nice interior so im having 2nd thoughts if it's really in my city or it is actually located in silang cavite.a lot of properties in nuvali calamba,cabuyao & biñan are also commonly mistaken to be in sta rosa.

Can't remember last time I like a house featured in this channel. The garage area going to the pool area is great and I am certain the owners and their guests use this area most of the time than the main door. 3:47 upon opening the main door, we immediately see a work/study from home setup, proof that main door barely used.
criticism one side of the house from ground up to second floor flushed to the neighbor's wall which has plenty negatives for me.
The house tour is superb. The house itself is beautifully constructed and well built. Its just that I noticed that only the master's bedroom T&B has a window for ventilation and source of natural light. ...All the other T&B does'nt have one... Anyway as usual more power Miss Apple Grace!

Maganda ang house kaya lang kita na yung kalumaan ng ibang pintura...kitang-kita sa balcony faded na yung varnish yung handrill ng balcony at yung labas na varnish ang pintura...wala ding water heater yun lang ang kulang...pero all in all maganda nman sya at negostiable nman..

Very nice property. A bit Fyi, foyer is pronounced as foyae. Also I think they used artificial grass at the backyard that is why it looks immaculate compare to the grasses at the pocket garden.
